The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Celadon at Grandview
We’ve had one issue after another here. The apartment has constant humidity problems and even tested positive for mold with a home test. Management was slow to take our concerns seriously — we had to push just to get a dehumidifier, and they finally agreed to reimburse some of the extra electric cost after several follow-ups but still haven’t gotten any money yet. The soundproofing is terrible — you can hear everything through the walls — and communication from management is honestly one of the worst parts. It’s hard to get a straight answer about anything. Outside isn’t much better. The landscapers leave piles of dried grass everywhere, which led to my dog getting sick and needing expensive vet care. Overall, this place charges “luxury” prices but doesn’t live up to it at all. Between the humidity, mold, noise, and poor communication, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy or peaceful place to live.
