The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Square
I moved here in June of 2022. The management are ann outstanding team. I have watched the manager (Dave) really turn this complex around. He is a very busy man, even when they built the new building he never lost site of the rest of the property. Very attentive and spot on with problems. 100% better than the last 3 managers. Ya most of the units building are over but they keep up with the exterior and interior. I’m in a unit that has been completely remolded and love it. He had new roofs put on new paving and striping and has kept up on painting the exterior. The landscaping is phenomenal. The new playground/Bbq area is great durning the summer. Parking is tight but they keep up on it and it runs smoothly. The new building has a state of the art fitness center, I do not have my gym membership anymore at crunch fitness.Maintenance is pretty great as well. I feel like they need another person for a complex so big but the guy gets it done. The area is great as well. I am an hour from the coast and an hour from Mt. Hood. The owner or owners need to hang on to this team.
I have been here over three years now, and don't feel any great need to look elsewhere. My primary concern for any apartment is the quality and communication of the managing company and they have been a good bunch here. They are responsive and actually try to anticipate your needs. Some of the garages offer lots of space and even a storage room in the back. I'm content.
Garbage is evident from the moment you pull in, currently looking to move immediately out of here. Mold all over the closet walls, and bathrooms. The company that rents clearly values profits over people. This used to be a clean, friendly place but Managment and maintenance have taken a turn for the worse in the last month. Save yourself the hassle and find some place else.
These apartments are in a great location, but the buildings have mold inside the walls or something. We always ran the bathroom fan for an hour after showering (and during), made sure to quickly clean up any spills, turned the heat on in winter, had DampRid buckets set out, regularly wiped condensation off the inside of our windows, and STILL had really bad mold that the apartment manager wouldn't do anything about. I know this is Oregon, but the mold was much worse than I have ever seen before. The apartment manager was pretty lousy too; she takes ages to get in contact with and then acts condescending towards everyone. These apartments look okay but you really don't want to deal with the mold/management situation here, trust me.
The staff here have been so helpful and friendly, I moved in the middle of October, the staff have been nothing but helpful with any needs that I have, If you see them out in the property there is always a hello. I had some stuff on my front porch at one time and the maintenance man came and brought it in my apartment for me as it was a little heavy, the manager has been so kind, Unfortunately my freezer went out and she was up here helping get things situated so I didn't have to stop working as I do work from home, she also went out of her way to get me a new appliance instead of me having to wait. I would recommend living here, it is so peaceful!
We had a schedule to move in in the beginning of October. Due to the fires in the area we needed to move sooner. The manager was helpful and accomadating in making things move quicker for us. I would recomend Cedar Square. Only thing I wish was diffrent would be to have washer and dryer in the unit.
so they advertise on here yet no one answers the phone. I decided to go there on 09/03/2020 at about 10:00 am and the office was all closed up. No hours posted or nothing. Went back the same day at about 3:00 pm and no one there. Called again the next day left two messages and no call back. Ya went to the complex across the street on 09/04/2020 and I move in 09/10/2020. Your loss Cedar Square Apartments
