The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Ridge Townhomes
Property is ok. Typical. Been quiet. Best thing is gas, water, sewage, and waste paid. $23 a month. And then all utilities for $100 a month as long as it doesn't exceed that which it never has. it's kind of pricey for a monthly package but its worth it for the ease of all things included which is getting harder to find these days. Try finding a 2 bedroom apartment then pay for gas and utilities separately on it in the dead of winter, and see if it ain't hundreds of dollars more than my monthly rent. Best thing about Cedar Ridge
I will tell anyone how I love my apartment and the staff if I hear someone is looking for a place to stay the first thing I would say is Cedar Ridge Townhomes
I have lived at Cedar for 6 years. It is quiet and peaceful and I love my neighbors. The apartments are very spacious and with teenagers that is exactly what I need. I have looked at other apartment communities and houses. There is not anything comparable in the Anderson area. Cedar has also begun to renovate some of their apartments which shows how much the management company cares about the property. I recommend this community to all my friends and relatives.
Long story short, whatever you do DO NOT GET A aprtment with them. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. these people don't have any ideal how to run a place, or manage anything just a bunch overweight middle age women trying to get into your pocket!!! One word RUN, don't wait til it's too late
We moved in for about two months before we had to leave. We moved in based on income and my husband and a large amount of his co-workers were all laid off without warning. We quickly told management that he had lost his job and that both of us were out looking for a new one, and in the mean time we could offer half of the monthly rent we had been paying based on what he had been making. They refused the money and offered no help or extension on our dues, we had to pay up or get out, even after we said we would be willing to pay a late fee. We had no where else to go, and packed everything up as quickly as we could and had to move in with my mom out of state, thus saying goodbye to a lot of local family and good friends. Before we left we notified the management of where we were going, took the "I Quit" clause offered on our agreement to avoid being evicted or paying a whole year's worth of rent, and cleaned the apartment top to bottom. After leaving, we were hit with a bill for $3,000 saying that we had not taken care of our townhouse, but no proof that we had done anything to the property was ever shown. We had one dog who was silent and house trained and I cleaned up after her every time she went outside. I swept, mopped, and vacuumed the house everyday. We did not use nails on the walls to hang up our pictures and left nothing behind but a perfectly clean and empty townhome. Furthermore, almost no one watches their kids. They just ran all over screaming all the time, climbed into our little fenced yard space to take our daughter's toys, and no one listened to curfew. There were people sitting on our car with music turned up and yelling across the street to each other at all hours of the night, but reporting them did no good. We saw cops almost everyday coming for fights or drug complaints. We had a friend living across from us who also had her daughter's yard toys stolen and problems with management when it came time to pay rent. They were looking to get out as soon as possible and told us about past shootings. Finally, the pest control... we had a huge ant problem, as did several neighbors. No matter what I did, there was no getting rid of them, but the pest control only came in, sprayed around the half bathroom downstairs and left. That's it! The only nice thing I have to say about the place is that it had good space and a couple of nice people I met here and there.
CEDAR RIDGE APARTMENTS IS A NICE LITTLE COMMUNITY WITH LITTLE PROBLEMS. THE APARTMENTS ARE A LITTLE OLD BUT THE MANAGEMENT DOES A DECENT JOB OF MAINTAINING THEM. IT IS VERY PEACEFUL AND NOT MUCH NOISE. THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE. IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. THE ONLY THING MISSING I BELIEVE IS A POOL.
