The staff here are amazing. They have been so kind and have worked with me on the application process. They are incredibly friendly and willing to help. The area is nice. It’s secluded at the end of the street in a wooded setting. The apartment is clean and renovated. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping their units nice. So far I have nothing but good things to say about Cedar Ridge and am so excited to call it home!
Lived here for 3-4 years and I absolutely loved it. Great place for small families and young professionals. Very clean, friendly staff, and a great deal. Lovely neighborhood to boot; not too far from the city, but also far enough away from the busy city. Would highly recommend.
We love living at Cedar Ridge! The office staff are very kind and always wanting to help with any of our problems! We also love how well maintained the property is! We are happy to call Cedar Ridge our home!

Cedar Ridge is centrally located to everything. I love the location. This property is well maintained and managed. They properly clean and maintain the common areas of their buildings with a great friendly welcoming staff. I highly recommend.
We love where we live. Our place is very spacious,comfortable, safe and quite. Everyone is friendly and the owners are always willing to help with anything. Also, we are minutes from all highways and downtown Cincinnati. Very close to everything you need and wonderful little coffee shop just down the road. Water, steam heat and trash is included. We only have to pay for electricity. Dogs are allowed in some buildings, but not ours. We have a cat. My husband and I have never had any problems here and we have lived here for four years. Couldn't ask for a better place!
We love our apartment! It is large clean affordable and for the most part very quite. They really work hard to keep the grounds and common areas clean and updated. I would recommend living here to anyone.
Everything about this place is great except for two things: Plumbing is always getting backed up, and BUGS EVERYWHERE. Gnats, stink bugs, spiders, roaches the size of my thumb. I go to sleep at night with my skin crawling.

Affordable with or without a Family, staff very courteous. You choose what is comfortable for yourself , utilities are a plus...location is great..!!!!!

There are two kinds of apartments here. Since I could not visit the property, I was put into an old-fashioned apartment. I was expecting to move into an apartment shown in the first picture. The place is OK. You will get what you pay for. One complaint is that the apartment gets freezing cold when the temperature gets below 0, and there is nothing you can do about it (you cannot control the heating system.). My conclusion is that If I knew about the apartment into which I moved in advance, I would have chosen a different apartment somewhere else.

Cedar Ridge Apartments is a very impressively-run apartment complex. The buildings are impeccably clean and well kept. I am impressed. Many of the residents have lived there for many many years. I highly recommend it. Also has a nice setting with lots of woods/trees. Great management staff!
the apts were very nice and clean,the apt manager anna was very nice and courteous she answered all my questions and listened when i had something to say, as soon as my lease is up where i am at i will call cedar ridge home
These apartments are great for roommates,or someone just starting off with their own place. The people are polite, and the Apartments themselves are Cozy and comfortable without feeling too big or cramped. The Staff are friendly and are good at fixing problems with your Apt,on the off chance that there are any issues to begin with which for me there were not.overall id say this is a good place to start off or even stay in for a few years,and the staff and maintenence are polite and helpful as long as you're the same.
