Constant maintenance issues and lack of respect for tenants. Constant LOUD unannounced construction starting at 7:30 am, slipping in that your rent will be raised as your signing papers 3 months into the pandemic, etc. Don’t live here
I have lived here several years + some. I have never had any major issues. The office staff is great and very helpful, maintenance responds quickly and gets things fixed. It is a very quiet place to live and I do love it here.
My roommate and I were looking for a two bedroom option for cheap. We didn't have high expectations going in but the model (1 bed) and open apartment we were shown (2 bed) were absolutely disgusting! Living at a landfill might be a better option, honestly. Carpet from living room to kitchen wasn't connected. You could see that the carpet hadn't be replaced in years, if at all, the appliances are out dated, and the rooms were extremely small. Putting a twin bed and a dresser in these room would even leave you with little to no room for movement in the bedrooms. Bathrooms need to be ripped out and completely replaced, too. Staff? Never greeted us as we walked in, didn't introduce themselves, were hesitant in their answers, overall poor people skills.
