A year in and still love living here. Still gald I chose this place. Very quiet, laundry facilities always clean, plenty parking and I feel safe here.

Such a great place to live! I’ve loved my giant balcony, the pool was fun in the summer, it’s great to be able to run downstairs to grab a drink or snack from the vending machines. Highly recommend

Happy to renew our lease a second year. Great amenities and living spaces. We enjoy access to nearby trails, shopping centers and outdoor recreation without being in the main city. Office staff is friendly and great to work with.

The floor plan is great. However I’m finding I dislike the key fob system. Getting groceries in is a hassle. The door won’t prop open (the hook is bent on the door). Getting locked out on a weekend if you forget your fob is a pain. The pool/hot tub closes earlier than most other apartments that remain open until 10pm. Not having patio storage is difficult. Most apts offer that and you don’t have to pay extra The pet screening paperwork is rediculous and complex compared to other apts. the amount of info required is beyond necessary The carport lights shine in my window brightly No natural light. I feel like I live in a dark cave Garbage shoot smells the hallways up

My experience here has been amazing so far! From the staff to the amenities, I have no complaints and nothing but praise. The pool is awesome and I love how big it is. Same goes for the laundry room area. It's such a cozy space, and I love the option of having storage if needed as well.

Good I've lived at cedar hills for 4 years and absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and professional. They always respond quickly to maintenance requests and host fun resident events. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shops and restaurants - highly recommend.

This apartment complex is extremely well located, clean, safe, and my unit is really nice and spacious and cozy. The only problem is the parking lot which is always full, but eventually I’m able to find a spot, even though it’s much further from my unit.

Great community, friendly staff, solid communication, love the huge balcony. I appreciate that I was able to reserve a carport very close to my unit. Maintenance problems were addressed quickly and courteously. Issues with packages being delivered to wrong mailbox or doorstep, but that is mostly an Amazon problem (would love to see a package locker rather than a mail room).

Unique property, feels like a hotel. Very secure. Friendly staff. Nicely renovated. Only complaint is I don’t get cell service on the property and it’s frustrating. But everything else has been great so far.

I love living here! I have been here over 23 yrs. They accommodate needs as necessary and residents are friendly. Being older its amazing how helpful staff and residents are. We recently had a fire and my neighbor came to back door to see if I needed help getting out.

generally great. staff are nice. would be nice if there is washer and dryer in the unit. the online portal is ok. parking is ok but would like to have better stop closer to my unit.

Cedar Hills Apartments is a great place to live! Quiet, clean and the location is superb. The buildings themselves are older, but inside our apartment everything has been updated/renovated very nicely & quite modern.

I have lived here a little over two months. It is an amazing place. The apartment is really nice, was very clean when I moved in. The office staff is always helpful. The walls are a bit thin though, otherwise, so far, so good. I love it here.

Love the place. Only setback is I wish there was like a key code in the building for when a guest or DoorDash person is needing to get in the building. Other than that property management is wonderful, complex is clean, and location is great!

I've lived here a month and I love it so far. Place is quiet and clean. Feels like a very modern quirky hotel. Neighbors I have met are friendly. Love the amenities. Gnomes are the best Cons- Parking is kinda packed some days but bearable. Internet and phone service is very poor without wifi there's no connection, it's the area more than the complex issue. Overall living here I love it !!

Overall good place to live. Can hear through the doors in the hallway very easily. The vending machines and washer/dryers have issues often. Several off leash dogs. Love the variety of different mushrooms on the property.

Staff is friendly and maintenance is always responsive and quick. Love the coffee machine in the lounge and the cleanliness of the entire lounge and clubhouse. Even the laundry machines are always sparkling clean! I love Cedar Hills!

These apartments are so attractive inside and out. I love the great big laundry room and amenities (vending machines, lounge area, free coffee). The pool was so perfect this summer on those hot days. I LOVE my giant balcony, sitting out there with my cat enjoying the view watching the hummingbirds and squirrels. I’m proud to call this place my home.

I highly recommend Cedar Hills Apartments! I've been here almost 3 years and can't say enough about the management--this coming from someone who has lived in dozens of rentals both as a renter and a landlord. The service is good. The grounds are well kept. The gym is a minor disappointment compared to the old gym. The TV in the gym was out of service for quiye awhile. The sauna is gone along with the ping pong, the pool table room and the library. So some advantages have remained the general communty building has not.

We love it here! The location is fantastic, the amenities are awesome, the staff is friendly, and the apartments are really cute with a lot of storage space. Parking is also easy because there’s so much overflow. Another nice tough is cement floors so you don’t hear your neighbors walking around and you don’t have to tiptoe in your own home (just make sure you get good WiFi)
