Calm and quiet community. The upkeep of the apartments could be better but they are quick to come and service once they have the ticket in but they don’t always fix the problem.

I've been here for less than a month and so far so good. Mr. Jermaine, the maintenance man has been very prompt with fixing the minor things off my move in checklist. The office staff, Ms. Nekia and the Property Mgr. has been very responsive and caring since I first applied to become a new resident. The grounds are very well kept. The keeping of the grounds could be better, isn’t always too clean. Feels like a ripoff to pay full price for amenities but the pool is only open 3 days out of the week for barely 8 hours and it’s usually less because it’s rarely open on time. Very inconvenient especially when not everyone is off on weekends. To make matters worse it is an extra cost for guests with a limit of 2 and if not taken care of beforehand then those plans are cancelled because they can’t help you on weekends, the days the pool is open! Very frustrating especially in the middle of summer and when the pool is one of the highlights of the tour when looking to become a resident. The office is very unhelpful and has no feedback when complaints are brought to them.

Dishonest staff, property full of rodents inside and outside. Trashy complex. They will move you into one of the dirtiest roach infested apartments available and feel no guilt. And your vehicle is subject to be stolen if you drive a Hyundai or Kia. I never felt so unsafe living in this complex. The rats are everywhere and they will eat your electric wires in your car.

Peaceful, nice neighbors, clean and quiet. Love it here. There are kids to play with at the playground and in the courtyard, it feels safe and well maintained. The grounds are pleasant.

I’ve lived here going on 4 months now and so far so good! I love my apartment, no roaches or mice , which I was concerned about since alot of apartments have those issues and it’s been a very long time since I’ve lived in an apartment. Maintenance is pretty quick and it’s relatively quiet in the community.

I’ve enjoyed loving here. There has definitely been a change in the office staff and I am very pleased. They are prompt with getting things resolved and always follow through. The maintenance staff also does a wonderful job in keeping the community looking great.

My resident experience in the beginning was great but for the past 4 months or so, there have been a lot of weed smoking in the other apartments which comes through the vents and my carpet, clothes and apartment smells. So that’s the reason I would not be renewing my lease

Horrible, wish I would’ve never signed a lease here, can’t get out of it, washing machines didn’t work for almost the first year I was here, have to ask for my air filters to be changed, etc so much, I can’t wait to leave.

So far so good! The apartment is lovely and we are excited to finally move in and enjoy our home. We feel safe and comfortable here and that’s what is most important to us.

I would give the community 5 stars, but unfortunately there is a problem with bed bugs. The apartment management is handling it, seemingly appropriately, nonetheless the problem is there.
