These condos are only 8 years old and it started out a very nice neighborhood when we moved-in in 2018. Now, its 2021 & The ant problem is out of control spring is barely here I have fought the ants every summer and i think they must live in the walls! In Jan 2020 Elder acquired the property from Summit. Maintence requests are a real challenge. Which was not the case when Summit managed it. They were awesome and had a maintence man that stayed the same. We got to know him on a first name basis. He was great and always on top of requests. I believe Elder has so many properties they can’t possibly keep up. The floors are rotting out at all the upstairs back doors. Gutters were never installed at construction 8 years ago. Back doors in the bottom units are swelling as are the upstairs doors. The whole back of the building has been leaking rain water and collecting between the decks and the threshold of the back door for 8 years! Be careful theres potential for mold. I pushed hard for repairs and then my lease was up within 30 days and they put it to me in writing they were not renewing my lease. There is no office on sight. Theres trash everywhere and transient people are kicking in the fences to make holes to travel through regularly. My honest opinion is the building itself is dangerous to live in especially the upstairs units. I dont know how there getting away with this? I do not recommend Cedar Circle. Elder has been bullies all the way through Covid of 2020 with insane late fees. Wanting to know what Covid has to do with having a challenge affording the rent with zero income and waiting for unemployment. If you want a lousy Management Co that cares nothing about you. Rent here
