Caveness Farms Apartments

I just moved in yesterday and I have nothing but positive things to say about the place so far. I still have so much to explore! I'm really looking forward to jogging around the lake on mornings before it gets too hot.

I have only been here for a week or so, but I love my apartment. The maintenance crew has been super great! They were very responsive to my move in needs. The community is beautiful, and I'm excited to be living here.

Wonderful home. I am very content. The location is great. Everything you can think of is only 5 minutes away. Really nice lake with a gazebo. Safe neighborhood. Thick walls. Really nice balcony. Thankful, indeed!

The office staff responded immediately to my request for an exterminator. The staff placed my request the same week for Terminex to come and followed up with me. Caveness Farm has always been very helpful! The Terminex staff came but did not follow the order directions, I plan on writing a poor review on theTerminex web site.

We had a problem with the master bathroom toilet. Randy came in and replaced the part. He works quickly and professional. We want to thank him for his handling of the problem.

My move in experience was very simple and I did very little outside of completing the application and providing necessary documentation. The staff made the entire process smooth and easy. The staff are always happy to answer any questions and are very helpful. I especially love the parking, there are plenty spaces in front of each bldg.

Just wanted to express a heartfelt thank you to all the team within your Maintenance dept here at Caveness! Over and over again you guys as a team go above and beyond to make our small community a place we can truly call home. May the Lord Jesus continue to bless you and your families. Thank you for all that you do.

It must be a great place to live since we’ve been here since 1998! We’ve lived in all 3 apartment styles, 1.2 and now the 3 bedroom cottage. The staff is really wonderful and the maintenance team is top-notch.

I’m new to the community, and definitely appreciating the nearby attractions this neighborhood has to offer. I look forward to the warmer weather.

I love the lake view from my apartment and seeing all the birds, geese, hawks and herons. The grounds are well maintained and it's convenient to shopping and business areas.

My bedroom is extremely cold. I put in a maintenance request in the evening. Randy and Tom came the next day. They checked the unit and gave me some suggestions. Someone even came and checked the window. Unfortunately the room is still very cold but I do appreciate the help that Randy and Tom gave me.

I love living here, I enjoy my Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to stores and the highway. My family and I enjoy the screened-in porch. Also plenty of parking.

All the amenities here are great! There is a nice pool with an indoor gym right next to it. Also have a dog park, basketball court, and a pond with a fountain.

Very communicative! Move in was a breeze and they made sure we had and got everything in order before move in day and on move in day! I highly recommend.

We are new to the community but have had nothing but excellent interface with everyone since our scheduled tour! Look forward to settling in and meeting our new neighbors.

I find it very peaceful living here. The area is maintain very well. The landscaping is done regularly. Everyone is nice to talk to, both staff and residents.

Love living in this community. Everyone is always friendly and the staff is absolutely amazing. Beautiful peaceful place to live and would definitely recommend

Great location. Beautiful landscaped grounds and scenery throughout. We enjoy taking strolls through the community and exploring the nature here. Our neighbors are friendly, as well as the office staff! Love it here!!!

I just signed my lease again and I'm very happy here I have great neighbors. Maintenance has been wonderful Bob. Getting any issue fixed up needed to be done. I would recommend this place to anyone

There's nothing super special about the place but there's nothing really wrong. Maintenance is pretty good. It's always quiet. Rent fees is high for what you get especially when you are required to pay for valet trash but they dont actually pickup. Not sure I'll be renewing my lease.

Once again I had excellent service from members of Craveness Farms. I requested the exterminator and Jimmy came. He was quick and very efficient. Thank you.

The new management is awesome. The maintenance staff is very efficient. Any work order is done is a timely manner. We’ve been her since 1998 so I guess we like it here. ??

Very good community to live in, not loud, very caring. I have enjoyed my time here and will continue to renew my lease due to the area and the amenities.

Amenities are great here. The pond and the pool are my favorites. Plenty to do around the area. Grocery stores and walmart less than 5 minutes away!

Caveness Farms is generally peaceful and quiet. It’s pleasant walk around the pond though I’ve never seen the deer just turtles and geese. I enjoy the neighbors I’ve met and look forward to meeting more.

I am happy I chose this community, the area is close by lots of eating spots and stores. Nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Office staff is very nice and helpful, which made my move in great! I Love it here.

So far so good. Can't complain. I enjoy the lake trail & how quiet it is. Neighborhood feels safe. I would definitely recommend a friend to live here.

The neighborhood is mostly quiet, other than our unit being backed up to the street and the windows are fairly thin. Which results in hearing some traffic at times. The property grounds are well maintained, making our walks around the pond quite pleasurable!

We are entering our 12th year. For the most part we have enjoyed being a part of this community. It’s located to shopping, several supermarkets, restaurants, medical facilities and our Church.

I have lived here from a 3 years. And I have really enjoyed being here. My neighbors are great. And the maintenance if I needed it was always there. Never really had a problem

Just renewed my lease, I’m excited to stay here another year. A nice quiet community and not much to worry about. There is also a lot to do around the area.

Great community, good people with a few things in management that are not to my liking. Hopefully, they will make some more improvements in how things are managed that will benefit the community at large and minimize tenant turnover. Overall, I feel safe in my community, enjoy the walking trails, the lake, the recreational areas and love my new living space.

New to the community. Front office staff was very welcoming. I worked with Sara, Logan, Mrs Sherri and Barry with my move in process. They were all amazing! The community is lovely and I even met one of my neighbors who was very welcoming. Look forward to meeting everyone in the community and getting familiar with my surroundings. And I absolutely love my apartment!

I want to thank Randy for coming to my aid so quickly. I realized my refrigerator wasn't working. In a short time he was at my door to help me.

Everything has been lovely and easy so far. I appreciate everyone I have encountered on this team. The software is user friendly and I have been given all the tools needed to succeed

From the VERY first moment I spoke with a property manager, I was greeted with best attitude ever. Any question I had was answered, and the follow up time was on point. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

I have loved these town home ever since i first took my first tour. The staff is amazing and they make you feel like family from the beginning I Love it

Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and playground area. The pond with the walking trail around it is very peaceful. I wish the apartment held more events, so you could meet people that live in the community. Maintenance is fast to respond for the most part. Not a fan of the valet trash service, I’d rather take my own trash than pay $30 a month for it. I just resigned my lease so all and all it is a great place to live.

The amenities are my favorite perk of living here! The pond being my favorite. There is always something to do around here and the gym is always open.

The office personnel are great. I worked with Sarah I loved her. There was alot of things with my application but she never gave up. The community is nice and quiet.

I have enjoyed it so far, I love the area and the amenities and I love how quiet and demure it is. I will be staying here long term for sure!

I have been here at cavanas farms 3 years now. The maintenance people have been really great. I've never really had a serious problem. My neighbors are great. The only thing that I would have an issue with is the people don't pick up their dog poop.

Great staff and fast with my application. They responded back fast to any questions i may Have had and they always figured out a way to assistant me in getting ready for my move in

Residents are great here. They’re always willing to help. I’ve had some health issues and they’re available anytime of the day or night. Even the new residents are very helpful and compassionate!

Nice place to live with great amenities and beautiful lake! They could be a little more organized, but other than that I have no complaints!

The move in processes is amazing, everyone is so sweet and very helpful during my transition into my apartment. Also the apartment is great so happy with everything.
