Cave Mills is very friendly and helpful place. This is my first place of my own answered all my questions very quickly. Very nice place and very welcoming. Best experience!
Pros and cons: + Nice Area + Office Events/Holidays + Clean Apartments - Thin walls. Can hear individual conversations - Rent is a bit pricey
I moved out last year and I miss Cave Mill so much! I moved for my job and the apartment I’m in now is nice, and has all the bells and whistles, but not near as homey. It doesn’t have that personal touch and that extra something that Cave Mill Management had. Location was key for me and this was it. I really lucked out here.
I have lived in Cave Mill for several years. The location is great. The maintenance staff is fast, efficient, and helpful. The townhomes are very nice: garage, lots of space, privacy, comfort. Kitchens are huge for apartment-living. I recommend Cave Mill.

I live in the Cascade Model and it is absolutely perfect for a one person, and the balcony size is one of my favorite features. But another reason that makes Cave Mill such a wonderful place to live is the property manager, Trinity, assistant, Jennifer and the rest of the staff!! They are always fast to respond if I ever have a question or concern. And when something maintenance needs to done, they are right on it! Lastly the location is great! Kroger, the mall, Walmart, target, and TONS of restaurants are literally at our front door. I could seriously go on! But Cave Mill is seriously a great place to choose to live and make home!

I moved to Cave Mill 16 months ago from CA. Leasing Staff are very friendly and took care of all needs. its peace full location and Friendly Neighbours. Community is near to all Major shopping malls. I would recommend having small playground for kids to play in summer. Thank you, Regards, Vijay M
I've lived in the townhomes here at Cave Mill since 2019 and I have had zero complaints! The area is quiet, the buildings are in great shape, and there are lots of amenities to enjoy (pool, exercise room, theater room, community holiday events, and more)! They are also pet-friendly, which is hard to find with newer rental areas. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Trinity is a great manager and so is the assistant--they're always planning fun events for the residents and it is much appreciated. Highly recommend living at Cave Mill! -SPM

We’ve been living here since March of 2021 and we absolutely love it! The location is great, the apartment came with the fridge, stove,microwave, a washer and a dryer! Absolutely love it here!
Fantastic place to live for new renters and they work with you when things get crazy. They are located near a mall and the main road with all the restaurants. That also allow multiple big dogs. Every unit comes with washer dryer dishwasher stove and a microwave. This place comes highly recommended and gets a 5 stars from me!
I have recently moved to Cave Mill Apartments and everything about it has exceeded my expectations. The apartment is big, clean and absolutely everything I need. The staff has been wonderful to me, going above and beyond their duties to make sure I am happy, safe and comfortable. I love my new home here.
Absolutely love it here! Never had any complaints and the management is so nice! Loved using the pool in the summer and can't wait to try out the theater room this fall. Rent is not bad considering how much space you get, even in a one bedroom. Perfect location, me and my fiancé love it!
Cave Mill Apartments is a great place to live, a lot of options as far as number of rooms/layouts/etc. The location is also pretty handy, being right in the middle of town. I'm honestly surprised more tenants don't take advantage of the workout room. The staff is always friendly and they';re great about responding to problems/questions.
My husband and I have been living here almost two years and we do not have any complaints. The price is right on point plus it is in the best location in town. Maintenance is prompt and the management is always there to answer and help with everything!

I have been at Cave Mill about 5 months now, and I absolutely love it! It's such a great location, and the apartments are so well kept, up to date and clean. The balconies are GREAT. So big and secure. All the staff is awesome and I have no complaints what so ever!

This community is a perfect temporary home! It has everything I need and more and for such a great price! The staff is so friendly and responsive.
My family and I have lived here at Cave Mill for the past two years and we really enjoy this community. The office staff is great and they host community events to engage the residents who have children. It is a safe and quiet area which is perfect for anyone, rather you’re a college student, elderly person, or young-middle aged with a family. Maintenance issues are taken care of I’m a timely manner and they really try their best to make it a great environment for everyone. I would recommend them to anyone!
I have lived at Cave Mill apartments going on two years now and have absolutely loved it. Out of all the apartments I looked at when I moved to the area, Cave Mill apartments definitely seemed like the most "bang for your buck." Management is great as well. Cannot complain at all.
Moved in a couple months back. They made it an easy transition and helped us get everything lined up. The townhouse is very clean and nice! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
The overall stay has been pleasant for the most part. When I moved here the location has been beyond convenient. Everything is within walking distance the market Wal-Mart and the auto part store. Come see Our location and you decide.

You will NOT get your deposit back. When you try to talk to Jessica who's 'In charge' You'll never get through!!! Save your money and move somewhere else. Poorest ran business in Bowling Green!!!
We moved from out of state. We were here early and stayed in a hotel for 3 nights. We moved in and the townhouse was not repainted from previous renters. The laundry area was never touched either. Covered in lint and rusted! Dishwasher hooked up wrong and water went all over kitchen. My husband fixed it. Bathroom tub clogged. We moved kitchen stove and there were dead bugs, old food and a dog bone. Gross!! Run around on deposit refund. 60 days and we were assured full deposit back. Still nothing. Told 2 weeks ago it would be overnighted. Still nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN JESSICA AND CAVE MILL!
Lived here 3 years now in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a garage for $995. Definitely isn't worth that amount monthly and there's nothing "luxury" about it as stated on their website. Everything is really cheap like the carpets, linoleum, cabinets, countertops, walls, and paint etc. Appliances are ok but the fridge is way too small if you have kids. Washer and dryer was included which was a positive. Front office is nice and always takes care of our needs. The landscaping around our location is terrible because of the awful way the gutters and drains were installed. It washes all the mulch out and nothing has been replanted or redone since they opened 3 years ago. They do a good job of keeping the place safe and clean for the most part and do a good job of screening out bad occupants. They advertise a club house with a pool, theatre room and work out room but it's not worth the time wasted on it really. Pool is 4 ft deep at its deepest point. Great for young kids, pointless for everyone else. Gym equipment is cheap except for free weights and no one uses the theatre room. Location is great if you like to be close to town though. Other than that, it's pretty peaceful and quiet where I'm at. This isn't a bad location, it's just overpriced and average at best. Would be worth every penny at $700 a month. There's a huge turnover rate out here because of the price. I've had so many neighbors in 3 years it's not even funny. Untilities and water are really cheap. So that's a plus as well.
This is the best location! I love my apartment and the complex. The staff is awesome too!
