Castlegate Luxury Apartments

I lived here from 2017-2021 never had no issues all managers they had was pleasant. I never experienced any rats roaches or anything. Maintenance was always timely if anything needed to be done, proper notices were giving when they had to enter apartment for any reason.

Do not stay here y’all they have rats and they basically tells you that you have to live with them. The year I was here has been nothing but problems with air and heating . Dishwashers and garbage disposal continuously messed up then they will not give you anything off your rent when you have continuously had went without air having to make other plans to stay else where. This is the most horrible situation I have ever experienced run away from these apartments to expensive to been what I have been through

The leasing office is well aware about the rat, mold, and roach infestation between all the buildings and has no plan of action but to say “live with it”

Lived in 2 different apartments and they both had roaches. They tried spraying and moving to a different unit. Dishwasher and toilet had black mold. Price steady increasing and still not getting anything new. Laundry room ALWAYS closed because they washers and dryer are broken. My car was broken into and they stole my gun. Dog poop all over the property! Save your money and move anywhere but here

Living here currently. Leaks in every room...crime riddled...apartments have black mold. Save yourself the time any money only thing good is the location. ????? from here as soon as I can.

I recently moved to the complex and I'm glad I made the switch. Tammy, the Property Manager, is just awesome! Have't had any maintenance issues yet so I can't speak on that. What got my attention when I was apartment hunting was the fact there is security on site. That was a plus!! Also, I like the apartment layout and the stainless steel appliances are nice. Fingers crossed.. hope all stays well.

I've been a resident here now for 2 years and honestly can't day enough about how great the manager is. First, Bridget is a kind soul and will go above and beyond to help anyone honest and working. If I need anything fixed or handled within my apartment she makes sure I am tended too swiftly(next day to a weeks time which is good). The neighbors mind their business and have good personalities given the chance to show. Armed Gatekeeper works hard to ensure safety within the community and will turn the most aggressive person around if they don't belong here. Living here has given me a great experience when dealing with apartments and if you decide to come its worth every penny because your vehicle is secure and home as well. I can leave my cat unlocked in Jackson!!! Tell me where else you can do this??? Right only at Castlegate. The receptionist Jo is sweet and very experienced given the fact that she looks young but most of all she is PROFESSIONAL! I've never had a problem here whatsoever and will make this my home until I'm able to upgrade. Everyone's experience is different but the main this is be honest with Bridget and she will understand and HELP if possible. Payday next week, okay bring it when you get it. Short on rent, cool bring it before the month ends. The list can go on and on but the main thing I want you to know is that you are SAFE living at Castlegate

I really appreciate Castlegate for allowing Bridgett to become the new apartment manager! Since becoming manager, Bridgett has not only fixed a few maintenance issues in my unit, but she has also made herself family with some of the residents. Castlegate will continue to grow with having such a great person in charge! Congrats, Bridgett!

A Secured Gated & Guarded Luxury Apartment Community In Desirable North Jackson Area. We are so happy to live here.

I currently reside here and i love living here BUT my room has been overtaken by ladybugs everywhere! When i first moved here i witnessed maybe one or two but now they’re everywhere in my room to the point i don’t sleep in it i sleep on my couch. They’re in my bathroom too. I told them about it and the pest control sprayed in my window and bathroom but they’re still getting in so there must be a crack in my window where their getting in because they’re only in my room. I wish i could post a picture of the dead ladybugs piled up by my window. They fly around all through the night it just creeps me out because i am afraid of bugs. But besides that the apartments are nice though i have neighbors that slam the doors like their life depend on it. The walls are very thin so i hear my neighbors downstairs arguing everyday it’s ridiculous. Really plan on moving because of the bugs. I just can’t take it

These Apartments are really nice and the staff are kind. Even has nice fixtures.

These apartments are newly renovated but not in the best area of Jackson so the price is ridiculous. I currently reside here and I’ve witnessed a couple shootings in the apartment and other things. The staff are friendly but they not very assertive when something needs to be fixed. My water pressure in my shower wasnt right for a while. Nice apartment but not worth the cost of rent because of the area.

GREAT JOYFUL OFFICE ASSISTANT .... 24 HR SECURITY IS ALWAYS ON THEIR JOB, DO NOT LET UNWANTED VISITORS ON PROPERTY .... I LOVE CASTLEGATE LUXURY APT, MS MONICA AND BRIDGET MAKES ME WANTS RENEW MY LEASE

Castlegate apartments is a great place to stay. Its quiet, the workers are friendly, its close to move attractions. The neighbors are friendly. They also have overnight security.

During my time here at Castlegate the customer service is exceptional, felt like a family environment, also loved the remodeled design of the apartments
