Small window fix Had a screw loose in my window. Andy said he would be by first thing in the morning but it took him until 3p in the afternoon to call me since he was the only maintenance man on staff that day. He was very kind and easy to work with however, so I didn't mind at all. Thanks again Andy!
Fixed Fixed the heating thermostat but did not address the back patio light switch.
The clothes dryer and the garbage disposal Great job on both really appreciate it and thank you when I wash I’ll know how the new dryer works
Move in Overall, had such a great move-in process. I had numerous questions and they were always answered expeditiously. Ultimately, I was treated so well in this process and wish all apartment complexes were as attentive as they are here.

Smooth Move-In and Comfortable Living I’ve been happy with my experience living here so far. The apartment itself is beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and full of natural light. The community feels safe and welcoming, which was really important to me when choosing a place to live. My leasing agent, Mike, made the move-in process smooth and was genuinely helpful throughout. I’ve had a few minor issues since moving in, but each time they were addressed with care and attention, which I really appreciate. Overall, this has been a good choice for me. I feel comfortable in my unit and enjoy being part of the community
A seamless move in! My bf & I just moved from SoCal and a stressful process was made so smooth thanks to the office. Tianti & Mike showed us multiple units on different dates and were so patient & thorough. Once we decided on our unit, Mike was our main point of contact and helped us through every step. One thing to note, there’s no central AC but the unit temp feels regulated well so far! . Street parking is hardddd to come by but this complex is attached to an ACE parking structure or they have stacker parking available. Other complexes in this area have zero spaces available so this was a huge plus. The units are gorgeous (were the first tenants in ours) & the gym is the best one in the area we’ve seen. Overall, super excited to be here :) One last thing, during move in, make sure to keep hazards on if not in the loading dock. We had to detach the trailer from our uhaul to back it into the loading dock & the city gave us a parking violation for the trailer being detached and parked on the street. Other than that, you should be good to go!
Amazing!! Being that this is my first apartment, the leasing team has made my entire move-in process extremely smooth! They are all very kind and willing to help, which is greatly appreciated!! Thank you, Caspian team! The amenities are nice, and the property itself is also very well kept. Although I’ve only been living here for a short time, I generally feel safe here and the residents I have encountered are also nice.

Unfortunately unresolved, but we're living with it. My dryer still screams loudly on an off when its drying loads. It often over heats or it will take 4 hours to dry small loads of clothing. We have to let it rest for up to an hour between loads making wash days turn into wash weeks.

Parking Parking on the streets is ridiculous, took a hour to find. You pay for public parking cost to much. And your car isn't safe. And residents parking is awful, I am handicap and they have nothing but a few parks to give out, well as, it is not safe at all for someone with handicap ability to park on the stackable parking.

My wife and I took a look at the property and where impressed. We dropped by the leasing office and where created by Akasha. She was warm, welcoming and transparent. She was confident in her delivery and made us feel comfortable asking questions. We are strongly considering moving to the property and Akasha is a big reason why. During our visit we saw maintenance maintaining the property and cleaning staff cleaning the hallways.The amenities where great. and everything was clean. The only complaint we have about the building was the lack of AC in the units, which isn't that big of a deal in oakland, however it is nice to have on those occasional days in which the weather gets hot.
I always walked by Brooklyn Basin because of the beautiful view of the water, especially sunset time. Very safe and fun atmosphere, with salsa dancing on Sundays, any age range activities. Looking at the Caspian building I always thought they were so beautiful, new, modern and with nice colors. So I decided to stop by the Leasing Office, and met Akasha from the leasing team, and she was super welcoming, clear, professional and knowledgeable. I booked the tour with her for the next day, and when I got there I met other stuff members, all super friendly, and professional. The tour was amazing, the amenities are incredible, everything is brand new, with such a classy and modern design. All the apartments shown are very nice, and good variety of space, that fits different budgets and preferences. After finishing the tours the prices where lower than I expected, especially taking advantage of some current offers. I submitted my application and I look forward with excitement to be moving at Caspian.
What i love about this modern apartment is the high ceilings, secured parking, accepts pets, beautiful view of the marina, modern facilities, roofdecks, courtyards, clubhouse, outdoor cabanas, outdoor spa and many more. Additionally the staff are topnotch, Akasha was quite kind and helpful, very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. We signed up for 18mos lease. We love our corner views on the 6th floor.
I really like this building and would absolutely consider living here. Jaienda was our tour guide, he was exceptionally friendly and answered all our questions.
