      I will have resided here in the same unit for 20 years in a couple of months. Suffice to say I have enjoyed living here as 2 decades is not the average apartment dweller stay in the USA. I enjoy the attached garage as well as the washer and dryer in the unit which were rare to find 20 yrs ago when I was last in the market for an apartment.

      Casoleil is a place that my wife and two young kids has called home for the past 3 years. It's a nice friendly community with many families and Military. It's close to all the stores you need.       1 month in the apartments and I love it so far, so calm and peaceful. I would suggest to install elevators would make it easier when taking groceries/or bags , heavy furniture etc upstairs.

      I've lived here happily for 17 years and don't know what else I can say if that doesn't tell you that I'm very satisfied with the complex management and maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly and professional as well as conscientious in service and work. I also enjoy the location kind of out of the way from where a lot of apartment communities are. The shopping center that begins adjacent to the property is a big plus as well with a supermarket Walmart home Depot and many others including some eateries.

      For the price I pay for a one bedroom the value is not there. Appliances are old and out dated, kitchen sink needs changed, carpet is outdated (most places have tile or hardwood.
