This apartment complex is a dump. They do not clean the apartments prior to move in, they do not respond to maintenance requests or allow you to get out of your lease for the state of the apartment they give you. You’re literally trapped. Valet trash drags garbage in the halls. People set their smelly leaking trash out for the two days valet trash is off. Angel is the manager and belittles you when trying to address issues. Will not take any action. The apartment down the hall was robbed with two guys in ski masks and big weapons and stole ring cameras. Management had no compassion or care. The maintenance man spat on my welcome mat twice, caught it on camera. Never received an apology. The doors have massive gaps, cockroaches come in and air goes out running your electricity bill up. Dog BM is everywhere. No one picks up after their pets. ZERO parking for people who live here.

We’re sorry it sounds like you feel we missed the mark. Our team strives to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and we take your concerns seriously. Maintenance completes daily grounds checks each morning, including compactors and pet stations, to help keep the community clean. Preventative pest control services are performed every Wednesday and can also be scheduled upon request. Lease agreements range from 6–14 months and, as outlined in the contract, are subject to termination fees if ended early. For safety, onsite patrol operates nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., and steps have been taken to address prior incidents to ensure the community remains secure. Parking is available through reserved carports and garages, offered at a monthly rate, and our team continues to monitor surface parking for residents. We value open communication and encourage residents to reach out to the office directly so we can work together on solutions that best support their needs.
If interested, call before applying. I lost an app fee for applying to an apartment they had available on their website. Then was told it wasn’t available after I applied and wasn’t going to give me the fee back for their mistake. Also, the deal on apartments.com isn’t true still have to pay a fee, obviously.

We had our motorcycle stolen off the gated parking lot and staff barely reacted when we told then and told us there were no cameras on property and there's nothing they can do for a "civil suit".... the police we reported it to told us he had been called to the complex 9x within the last month. SO MUCH CRIME and staff doesn't care

unless you want to park a half mile down the road don't rent an apartment here!! parking is absolutely terrible and management has had no plan to fix it for the past year. there is no way i would ever sign another lease at this poor establishment

As a resident that has lived here for a while, I would like to express my admiration for the outstanding front office staff efforts. I appreciate everything they have done over the past year since coming on board. From the endless hours, the staff has spent working here, to the professionalism and courtesy that they demonstrate on a daily basis. Shout out to Desiree, Mishalei, Teresa, and Austin they have made Cascadia a wonderful place to live.

A/C has been broken for 6 weeks. Apparently there is no money allotted for A/C work in the winter. This is South Texas NOT Minnesota or somewhere else that is really cold in the winter. Management turnover is continuous. Current manager is argumentative and unavailable. Roaches have also been a continuous issue.
I am writing this review so that future tenants may avoid what I have regrettably encountered. The management is hostile, aggressive, and incompetent. The Management staff does not value their residents, and they fail to comprehend that they ultimately serve the residents. I don't use the word serve in the context of "to be obedient to" but rather, "to be of service to and to assist". I highly encourage those who are debating this community to look elsewhere. Why would you give your money to a company who treats their residents like second class citizens? San Antonio is one of the largest growing cities in the nation, and there’s a competitive apartment market. There’s no need to settle for this. I implore you to look elsewhere…anywhere. As you are well aware, a lease is a binding contract and 14 months is a long time to have to suffer in a problematic environment.
Too many to list here. Bad construction, 2 faced, unprofessional staff and bad location. It's like the street is going through your living room it's so loud
The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are a great compliment. The pool and gym are always kept clean which continuously makes them great little getaways without going anywhere. The people that work here are always very nice and willing to bend over backwards to keep tenants happy.
