Cascade Falls

This one is a gem in Osceola. We appreciated how quiet and clean it is. It's out of the way and the buildings are spread out from each other. It's quite and laidback. Everyone minds their business. The staff was attentive even helping me set up my internet when I first moved in. I'd come back if we go back to Wisconsin.

I have been a resident for 1.5 years now and absolutely love my 2 bedroom unit at Cascade Falls. The neighbors are friendly, the maintenance crew is always kind and active keeping the property up, and the manager Renae is very responsive and incredibly easy to talk to. I have been incredibly happy with my experience here so far, thank you Team Cascade!

I absolutely loved living at this property. They keep things maintained and clean. Renee (property manager) is a wonderful person and I enjoyed getting to know her while I lived here. I think our communication will remain as we developed such a good relationship while I resided there! Joey is the maintenance guy, and he is awesome. He will help you with whatever you need and is always fun to chat with when I run into him in town. These two make living here a great experience alone. I will always look forward to running into them and getting to catch up. The apartments themselves are the best bang for your buck around when looking where to rent. The layout of the apartment was great, the area is great, and the people are great! Highly recommend renting here!

Renee made the process of applying for and renting our apartment pretty smooth. The apartment grounds and public areas are kept up very nice, and management is pretty good about communication. Lots to see and do in the area!

The property is quiet and the apartment is well laid out with a lot of storage space. Communication is well posted and I have had no issues with any appliances in my unit. The apartment was clean upon moving in. Nice area to live in, with downtown Osceola and hiking trails within walking distance.

The apartments at Cascade Falls are very nice, clean and quiet. The grounds are very well kept up, as are the parking lots and streets in the winter. You can count on getting out in the morning in the heaviest of snow. The manager, Renee and maintenance crew, Joe are very pleasant and responsive to your needs. I found my time renting to be a great experience and would recommend them to friends

When I started renting the apartment it was under different management that seemed very cold and uninviting. Whenever I've had an issue Renee in the office has always been most helpful! The maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. The grounds were always clean. The management is conscientious if you have a family with little ones or if you are a single or couple with no children. We were placed in an apartment with other younger couples or single adults. There was never an issue with parking or feeling unsafe. I would have loved to have stayed longer. The biggest benefits to Cascade Falls Apartments would have to be the location, washer/dryer in unit, pleasant neighbors, and ease of communication with the landlord/ office. I wish I could have stayed longer, but my job pulled me elsewhere. Thank you Renee for everything!! Christina
