I have really enjoyed Casa Tierra. The staff is great, Gabriel and Jessica are very kind and care about the community. They care and it shows. This place has beautiful scenery and great neighbors. Would recommend.
People smoke outside in the common areas. They smoke on their porches/balconies. They smoke in their apartment. If you don't smoke, expect the smell to come in through the walls.
I lived in this apartment complex for nearly 8 years and if I hadn't moved to another city, I would still be there! I can't say enough good things about this place - well maintained, great location, fantastic amenities, reasonably priced, dog friendly... But most importantly, incredible management! Stunning service, and a great place to live.
This quiet, safe, and well maintained complex is located close to freeway access, restaurants, and shopping. There is also a walking/biking/running trail right across the street which borders a golf course and park. It is also a pet friendly facility and welcomes all breeds of dogs. The staff is very helpful and all maintenance is quickly and efficiently completed. There are also many amenities including a pool, laundry, fitness room, Jacuzzi/sauna.
