Casa Del Scam
They will never fix your appliances like AC and freezer, and on top of that, they will charge late fees when they forget to file your rent on time. For the love of your sanity, stay away!

Not worth the trouble
I've been living here for over two months, and honestly, the experience has been frustrating. The management can be awful. My electricity bills have been insanely high—anywhere from $300 to $500 a month—and there’s no reason for it. I've brought this up over a dozen times now, but almost nothing has been done. They are really dragging their feet on this, taking weeks without any progress. All I need is for an electrician to come check it out, but they’re still "deciding which company to hire" after all this time. On top of that, good luck finding anyone in the office. I haven’t seen them around for the past two weeks, so I can’t even follow up in person.

Stay away from Casa Del Sol
I lived there for one year 2023-2024. The place is horribly roach infested and has no pest control. Surprisingly, they still charge you for pest control!!! The manager keeps the door locked during working hours and does not pick up the phone or answer any emails.

Great complex
Me and my boyfriend recently moved in and the apartment manager has been nothing but sweet and the complex itself is nicet friendly neighbors and right next to northgate and A&M university
