Our gym is fully equipped with universal weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Also available is a large barbeque area with tables and three gas barbeques, which can be reserved for private parties. Our clubhouse has many lovely features which include a large game room that has two pool tables. Also featured at the clubhouse is a lounge area which includes a bar and large television. This area can be reserved for private parties. As a courtesy to our residents we provide the following at no cost: tennis rackets and practice balls, billiard balls and cue sticks, horseshoe sets, basketballs, and cookies and coffee are offered daily in our relaxing lounge. To further encourage a sense of community here at Casa Del Rey, we put on many holiday parties for our residents. A fun time is had by all at our Thanksgiving, Christmas, and springtime dinners and parties. Our complex features not one, not two, but 21 laundry rooms for our residents' convenience. Finally, in addition to the apartment features listed in the section below, our beautiful units are equipped with custom ash cabinets, ceramic tile counter tops and flooring, fluorescent lighting, double closets, and five different floor plans.
