CLK decided to kick all of us out to "renovate" I just renewed my lease as was pretty much told I was SOL and had to leave because they aren't renting or renewing any leases after 07/31/25/....I renewed at the start of May!! CAnt move me to another unit cuz I was told that everyone will be gone by Oct. And worse is they have this in the lease so its legal!!! Like bro I hope that the money grubbing a-holes at CLK at least fix the parking lots, and gutters and the foundation issues.

Additionally, a comprehensive parking lot patch and mill project is scheduled to begin in July. Trash. Dog poop everywhere. Removed all trash dumpsters and put in one compactor for the near 300 units some that are 1/4 mile from the compactor. “Glitches” charge you hundreds more on rent if you renew your lease.

Do NOT rent here! Management is awful and will do anything to take your money without fulfilling their obligations in the lease. I had squirrels making holes in my ceiling for MONTHS and I called them many times and they did nothing, and when I tried to get out of the lease because of it they said that because I called them and told them the room was uninhabitable instead of wrote them a letter saying the room was uninhabitable, I legally had no standing and they would charge me. They had one maintenance person for the entire complex and apparently he was on leave for a while, and 60 work orders built up. The parking lots are pitch black at night and someone rammed into my car causing $1200 damage also. Packages sent in the mail get sent to the office, where you have to pick them up during their restrictive and often cancelled office hours (meaning I sometimes have to take off work early to pick up a package). I've never had a renting experience this bad.

However, due to our community?s wonderful natural location, we occasionally get visitors. It?s very unfortunate to hear about your car, but unfortunately, we are unable to control where and when a crime occurs. Our package receiving is in place for the direct benefit of our residents and we believe you?ll find many of our community members consider this special amenity to be well worth the value. I have been here for 3 years, and will not hesitate to renew my lease in a couple of months. It is managed very well, and everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating. I like that they communicate with residents about anything we need to know. Briana and Reagan are on top of everything! I have always felt safe, and enjoy my neighbors throughout the complex who I come upon often as I walk my dog several times a day. Great access to a beautiful multi mile walking trail along the creek is a bonus, and easy access to Hwy. 69 and 435 is handy. Highly recommended!

Lovely neighborhood and great community! Has a new dog park for all pet owners such as myself, on site tennis court as well as a fitness center. The office staff is very professional and respectful and maintenance works diligently to keep the community looking nice and running smoothly. Definitely a great place to live just for a few months or 10 years :) I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!!!

I’ll give this 0/5 Big Rats, Cockroaches, Spiders, Cobwebs, Electric Short Circuits, Broken Windows, Dirty Bathrooms, Worst AC. It’s hell on earth. When it comes to management, they are not humans. Fake Promotions, Fake Promises, Fake Personalties. Avoid living at this place at any cost.

This is a beautiful property with nice ammenties for residents. The grounds are maintained regularly and there are courtyards and clean laundry facilities. The online pictures truly show how nice the complex is. The management staff are friendly and courteous. If by chance I need a service call their team is prompt and I feel comfortable allowing them in my home.

The locality is good and the maintenance has been far better than how it was a few years ago. Rent is a little lower than the neighboring properties. The maintenance technicians are super nice and always helpful. Iljia did a great job recently with multiple issues we had with appliances, HVAC etc.

Do not live here. The girl at the leasing office, Alyssa is extremely rude and un-attentive. Any time I reached out to her regarding an issue I was having with my apartment, she was always rude and wouldn't get the job done until I had nagged her multiple times. This complex also has a huge raccoon issue. There is a family of 5 raccoons that have made their home at this complex, and they will come onto your porch, no matter what floor you are on, and eat all your plants and destroy patio decor in the process. I've had a consistent bug problem since I moved in here, which was 6 months. The walls are also paper-thin, you can hear everything.
Casa de Fuentes has been one of the best experiences in apartment living I have ever had with an easy application process and being able to sign my lease online. Every time I walk in the office I'm immediately created by all if the office lady's I never feel like I'm bothering them or like I don't matter and on the occasional day that I do have a work order the maintenance always get it done in and timely fashion I'm thankful to live as Casa Del Fuentes and you should too!

Stephanie really is the ultimate standard in a residential office. Everybody is knowledgeable and very helpful otherwise. The rooms are quality and the amenities make this the best for a budget in overland park.
The apartments themselves are terrible, we have had bugs and unresponsive maintenance. The management is incredibly rude, and unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have rented in and around the Overland Park area for the past 15 years and have started renting with Casa De Fuentes for the past month. The management staff has been very courteous and helpful. They have been super helpful and their communication has been adequate in letting me know what was happening and when. I have an allergy to mold, mildew and dust and I communicated my concerns to Alyssa and Tiffany and both of them were very accommodating. Tiffany is a very cheerful and helpful manager, who always has a smile and a kind word, especially to my son. The apartment itself was as advertised. There were a couple of things that could be better, such as the kitchen window not opening and dust in the HVAC closet, but when I mentioned them to Alyssa and Tiffany, they were taken care of promptly. I would have liked an apartment with a washer and dryer, but other than that, the apartment serves my needs.

Okay, First I got a notice on my door that was told I have a cat in my apartment and that was not on my contract. I did pay a pet deposit for my dog and I in fact I never had a cat before. So I called the office and the staff was told me it was a mistake but indeed we are got spied by the staffs. The maintenance guy came in and would check everything in your apartment. You would not have any privacy when you live here. The second time I called the property manager was rude and told me they had the right to get in and check if we did do well and obeyed the rules. I was shocked by her attitude and I felt it was her mercy to let me live here. Just find another place and get a better life.
I have lived here since March, I'm single and live in a one bedroom apartment and have had no problems. The day I moved in the closet was off the track and it was fixed w/in minutes. I will say I was skeptical about the size as I have a lot of stuff and was unable to see the apartment before moving in, but I was amazed at the space for the one bedroom. I hardly hear anyone in the other apartments, and there are kids around my building as I'm behind the pool and I hardly hear them. they even worked with me when I had to be late on rent. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I think the only thing that would make the apartments the best if the had Google Fiber. I'm not a fan of Time Warner now Spectrum, but that just my opinion.
Damian does great work! He repaired the counter tops, he repaired/retexturize the wall above the fireplace and in the bedroom, replaced the refrigerator with a newer model, fixed the stool that kept flushing, even installed my washer & dryer. He even hung up a heavy shelf for me! The office staff (Tiffany, Stephanie, Israel and Alyssa) at Casa De Fuentes are awesome, too!!!
Off the busy streets but convenient to shopping and great businesses. This has been a great community and Summer fun plus fitness with pool, fitness room, sauna, and whirlpool.
I have Lived in Casa De Fuentes for over a year now and have nothing but a great experience. Moving from a house for 15 years I was skeptical about any type of community living. The property is well maintained and should be a great starting point for anyone new to an apartment-style living. The appliances do need upgrading, but what are you really expecting at this great price point?
We enjoy fitness center, spa, pool and quiet neighborhood. Management and maintenance live on site and provide great oversight and availability. This is a great community for quiet living. New management is great.
We had a wonderful tour and application process. The apartment is well maintained, sturdy concrete steps with metal handrails and fresh new carpet. It is a quiet good neighborhood and safe. The Manager, Tiffany and Israel made this a great experience to find just the right new apartment place.
Our complex is market based pricing so it had the best rate in the area, by far! We were worried that it would be low quality, but honestly we have had a great experience here. The people who work here have been wonderful to us. Maintenance has been there for us for anything that has happened, including at 1am when we had a true emergency. Landscaping is beautiful. We have had an ant problem a few times. Very few of the apartments have washer and dryer hookups, most people have to use the laundry rooms around the property. Otherwise, we love it.
The walls are thin, as are the floors. You can hear people talking above or below you, as well as walking around. The people in the office are unprofessional and unhelpful. Appliances are 20 years old, and rust stains on the toilet and sinks around our 1 bedroom apartment, but yet the leasing office receives new desks and decorations and I'm woken up a few times a week by the landscaping company that works on the property. Sprinklers going off during the night too, maybe put some of that into bringing our appliances and cabinets out of the 1980s. I refuse to bring guests to our home, I'm really looking forward to our lease ending in a few months.
