It’s been great so far. Paulina is such a great person and has helped us out so much. She should us around and was very patient with our kiddos! The community is so beautiful and it’s next to literally everything! The apartment itself needed a few things but Paulina reassured us it will be taken care of asap. I like how it’s also next to the elevator and the hallway is so spacious! Very good start!

Things are looking up these days! Kudos to all who helped get the package room cleaned up and maintaining it. Special thanks and welcome to Paulina to the management team. If we haven't said it before, Jordan... you are getting things done and your communication to the residents is top notch! Finally, hats off to Emma and the great social planning for the residents. We hated to miss the chili cook off as it was changed to Sunday and we had family plans already in the works. Not sure how it turned out, but want to do it again down the road. Add some Texas Hold'em with it and you got a good party! Have you all noticed the clean elevators and hallways? They look great these days...let's all pick up our trash and keep our own doorway space nice! Glad to see the garage getting repaired and ready for winter! Nice to see all our outdoor building lighting working again, as well as fixtures painted. Thanks to the whole management team here for the many positive upgrades!!

Well I couldn’t give 0 stars. Multiple outlets do not work. Internet Jack was not ready and not working upon move in. Debris all across the living room hardwood and just messy. Bad smell in the apartment. And the rope thing that is used to get the blinds up and down snapped off almost seconds after attempting to open the blinds. YIKES. May want to think twice about sending new tenants a link to review the apartment and building when it doesn’t seem like the tenants are listened to. Also submitted a maintenance request and have not even got a response or acknowledgement in about 24 hours.

Maintenance is a big issue here. There is often either no maintenance crew or they have to bring from sister property. Also hard to find some one in leasing office.

The apartment is good, but there’s too many issues with the elevators every time. We recently moved and have had to use the stairs soo many times due to the elevators not working. I was told they have a new vendor and this issue was resolved.

I love my three bedroom cozy apartment with an amazing view, everything was nice and clean, anything I needed they were right on top of it. The staff is on a next level of nice very helpful.

I moved in on Saturday and am overall very happy! It’s hard to communicate with the office because of their hours, but when I am able to reach out they are very helpful! The apartments are very nice and comfortable and feel very safe. There is a lot of noise because of the playground at Lifetime Fitness and Dogtopia unfortunately.

Carson is a great later to live. Apartments are like hotels. Great location. I love the energy. Love the area. Pickleball, pizza, lifetime, scheels, sprouts are all right there.

We've been here for 2 weeks and we Love it! Our apartment was very clean when we moved in and it's very quiet. There were weather related issue's that were beyond anyone's control and the management and maintenance team handled the issues quickly and kept the residents very well informed. The neighbors are also very friendly. I think we will be very happy here.

I really do love it here. The apartment finishes are very classy and it is so convenient and so many things to do and places to eat right out my front door. And who doesn’t love Scheels, right! The staff is really awesome as well. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly (cool thing is I don’t have hardly any of those, they take care of the property).

I really want to give 4 stars but I’m giving 5 because Jenell and the rest of the staff who run Carson Street Towers are amazing. They work their butts off for everyone. I don’t think they receive enough support from their superiors though. There has been so much that has been needed to be done to our building…….. a lot has gotten done……… but now that I think most of the major major stuff is out of the way, the building is struggling in appearance. And it doesn’t fall back on the staff at Carson. They do everything they can to get things done, and they get a lot done. But give they need support. Then think the apartment building would be flawless. So happy the garage is done and looking good again!
We have been here for 6 months. We still love our apartment. We have had success with maintenance replacing a Dish Washer . We had hoped to get grab bars in our shower as we had been promised when we were first looking, however that seems to be impossible with the Quartz walls. However, management did help us with the installation of a grab bar on the bathroom wall. We are very satisfied with the individual manager and the individual maintenance man, but they are overworked. We hope the rebranding will bring adequate staffing in both departments. It has turned out that we can hear upstairs walking way too much. We hope the rebranding will make it easier to change apartments without more fees. We also hope the rent will not increase greatly. The exterior doors must be fixed. The system must be working or there is no security. we appreciate the trash service. We look forward to having a working covered garage.
For me one of the most important things about finding the perfect place to love is convenience. Here every necessity is literally walking distance.
We just moved in and everything has been amazing so far!! So much better then the previous apartment complex we were living in, our cats are loving the new view!
Amazing hospitality and quick responses from leasing office. Has a hotel feel while also having the home feel. Just resigned for my 2nd year here and simply think there’s no better apartment around here!
Poor unkept property. Air conditioning in the building does not work. Dog pee everywhere inside the halls. Poor torn carpets in apartment. Key fobs don’t work and security to get in the building is easy as pie. Doors propped open with rocks. Inadequate swimming pool area for rent. Etc etc.
I've been living at Carson Street Tower for the second time and it's even better than I remember! A highlight of living at Carson Street Tower is undoubtedly the incredible staff. Professional, responsive, and courteous, they ensure a seamless living experience for all residents. They're not just there to fix issues (which they do, promptly and efficiently), but they also bring warmth to this place and make it feel like a real community. This sense of community is palpable throughout the entire complex. The residents are an amazing group of people, representing a broad spectrum of ages, professions, and backgrounds, yet all share an unwavering respect for their shared spaces and neighbors. Staying at Carson Street Tower is more than just getting an apartment. It's about joining a great community, enjoying some perks, and living comfortably. Trust me, I've done it twice!
Carson street towers is nice, clean and everyone is friendly. The only complain I have is my key fob does not work. I have notified staff and they assured me it would be fixed after the holidays. CST works diligently!

Love it here! Best decision ever was to move back to the Overland Park area! Close to a lot of shopping and food with super easy highway access!
Beautiful apartment! Spacious rooms and large closets. Just moved in, so far we like it. Feel very safe and community members have been friendly.
I’ve only lived at Carson Towers for a week and already it’s been amazing. Our amenities and staff are amazing and make living here so much better.

Love living in here. Management is excellent in responding to your needs. Location is great . Easy highway access and close to shopping areas.
We love it, the location is perfect for staff is great and the people in the building have a nice. We just moved in and so far we love it. We can’t wait to use the pool this summer. They’ve done a lot of updating in the towers and it’s really looking beautiful.
We just moved in and all is grand: Everyone we have met has a smile. The staff is great, maintenance prompt, trash service fine. The layout of the apartment is well thought out, appliances nice quality. Fellow residents are willing to share their lovely dogs on every elevator ride.
We love the gym and all the common areas. We’ve gotten some really amazing sunsets and love the neighborhood. We frequently go out for walks during these beautiful days. Can’t wait for the pool to open.
I had an amazing experience at CT last year, and after 6 months living in another city I am back. In 6 months, the common areas were renovated and they look spectacular. The staff has always been in incredibly kind and accommodating.
