I called at least 4 time and i finally got an answer. i was able to ask the man one question then he hung up on me. when I wasn't even done asking question. We will not be considering this place anymore.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the poor customer service. The individual you had the bad experience with has been fired and is no longer working for the property.
I would not move here even if you were the last place in the world. There is a reason it is "Birmingham's Most Affordable". The place is a dump. This place make a shack in the gutters look like a mansion. Avoid this place like the plague. If you go there don't get out or you will have to take a bath.
