This place is a nice and good place to live, close to town and a park is across the street.

This is a great place to live, close to beautiful views and outdoor activities. Great place for bike commuting to and from Downtown Coeur d'Alene, too.

For living apartment living this is great. I don’t really ever hear my neighbors and no one’s ever caused any disturbances or issues. It feels like a tight not neighborhood:)

We have appreciated the whole staff during our move-in! They worked in a timely fashion and were extremely professional and allowed for quick response times and accommodated us well. I would recommend Carrington Place 1000 times!

Carrington is a great community with easy access to town and many bike trails very close by. There is a very large community area with a playground and a covered patio for large groups and gatherings. Also, available are basketball courts and tennis areas. Many in the community are avid walker especially with the convenience of the large bike path/walkways throughout the community.

Staff are always responsive and courteous. Even though I'm not accustomed to apartment living, this is a great place to call home.

My children and I love living here. It's a calm, quiet place with staff that respond quickly and professionally to address any issues. The property is maintained well and kept clean and beautiful year round.

Very friendly staff- My wife and I felt welcome, and also listened to- they showed us what we were looking for, and it really helped seal the deal for us. The apartment is wonderful, with just what we need space and amenities-wise.

Really nice units, staff are great and helpful, it was an easy move in for me an my family, the manager was very helpful with the online paperwork.

Carrington Place has been great to live at. The apartment came very clean and tidy when I moved in. The staff have been nothing but helpful the entire time, and they seem to actually care about the residents.

This is my second year living at Carrington and it is great! The office staff Kayleen and Haley are always friendly and helpful. The maintenence are very proficient and responsive. It truely is the best place to live!!

This spring begins my third year at Carrington Place -- my favorite of 10 apartments during a long life-time. Haley and Kayleen and Dillon are truly interested in a goals both unique and surpassing my experiences: a pleasant, well-maintained, and safe complex. They officially inform residents online via individual and "Daily Digest" emails. And they plan events that residents attend and enjoy, plus collect items for charities. This entire block remains attractive because of maintenance standards, clear and concise emails reminders to residents -- all with openness to questions. They are always friendly and considerate and ready to answer any question -- mine and everyone else's.

Carrington place is a wonderful apartment complex that adds more home than most. Since day one they staff as exceedingly attentive and welcoming.The homes themselves may not be as modern as some but they are kept in very good condition and feel as roomy as a full sized home. The appliances run well and are easy to use. The dogs we have are just as pleased with the walking paths around the complex as well as many grassy areas for them to run in. The roads within the complex make accessing apartments by car a breeze whether you are a guest looking for free parking, or a tenant parking at your own garage right below or next to your unit. Carrington is a more than fine place to stay.

I will have been here 10 years this coming August and overall my experience has been good.

Carrington Place is a great neighborhood. The apartment is super nice, quality appliances, lovely floors, good floor plan, roomy kitchen storage, and a peaceful feeling. Management & maintenance are really on top of things. I love it here!

This is our second lease at carrington and it has overpass exceeds expectations. work orders are completed quickly, the team makes you feel so welcomed with every interaction. they are patient and overall just kind hearted people who seem to genuinely care about the community and its residents. the homes are clean and for the price we pay, quite luxurious. they provide every amenity under the sun.

The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website. I moved here from out of state, so I didn't view the property in person before I moved in. The home is clean, peaceful, quiet, and the view from my windows is very pretty. Management was great in getting my lease set up. This place does not disappoint!!

The office is good at communicating--a vital feature in such a position with so many apartments to manage--and dependable. As with the previous manager at Carrington, they care to do a good job. That's always desirable and not always true for apartment-living.

Overall a great place to live. Staff is very approachable and I love the area.

Carrington place is the place to go if you want to spend most your money one rent and do all the maintenance your self over half my work orders got closed when maintenance never showed up moved out with no hot water for the last couple days I could run the place better then that messed up office staff

This is a quiet neighborhood close to stores and conveniences. They are well kept and communication with the office staff is excellent.

This apartment was an answer to prayer for me. I had always lived in a home and with a sense of pride and security. The apartment itself if perfect in space and provision of ample closets, cupboards, pantry, direct garage access, spacious work spaces, easy entry, clean walls and carpets....it just couldn't be better. I also have a real sense of safety with the excellent door locks and friendly neighbors. In my case, I also have a beautiful view of the nearby park and walking trails. Thank you all for your careful and friendly management.

I have enjoyed living at Carrington Place for almost 3 years now. Samantha and Karley are wonderful...always friendly and very helpful with any issue I may have. Even during COVID they thoughtfully kept in touch by leaving small surprises at my front door --- hanging flower basket, fun thank you notes with snacks. Rob and the maintenance staff are very professional. I appreciate the various maintenance and safety inspections conducted throughout the year, not to mention keeping the property plowed and salted during the winter!! The community is safe, quiet and well maintained. I love having a great park right across the street as well as access to bike trails. I appreciate all of you very much...I hope to continue making Carrington Place my home :) Thank you!
