Carrington Place

I am so sad to be leaving this apartment. It has been my favorite place to live. I feel safe in this apartment complex and I know that any needs I have will be taken care of. The communication here is excellent. I lived in one of the phase 2 apartments and everything was clean and up to date. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never written a review for an apartment before, but this place is so great I just had to. Something I really appreciate about this apartment complex is that there are no hidden fees from month to month like other places I've lived at. I know exactly what I am paying and why. Seriously, this place is the best. 10/10.

Love it- love my neighbors, the maintenance people, and Ike, the manager. I feel respected and appreciated. I love the location—right off freeway. No weaving through streets to get home. We are in phase two in a one bedroom, one bath. Would stay here forever if we had a tich more room for the Christmas Tree….

My family lived at Carrington Place for almost three years. It was a very clean and comfortable place to live. The apartments were very well maintained, as was the outdoor landscaping. They are conveniently located near the freeway, withlots of great stores and restaurants nearby. Ike is an awesome manager and great to work with! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

My husband and I got a notice on our door that we either comply or vacate because a neighbor complained about our dog barking. We are strict with our dog, and we are in the training process with him still as he is young. Plus he is not the only dog that barks in the building. We had never once heard a single warning before this, but yet we receive a three day notice. All while the neighbors upstairs are constantly smoking tobacco and marijuana which is against the rules l, but each time we inform her of it she ignores it, even after me telling her it causes me severe migraines. They also have a giant dog whom they never clean up after and people step in and track dog poop across the yard and sidewalk. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else!

When we complained about noise in the most respectful email you could send to the manager said she no longer wanted to talk to me, only my fiancé. We recently tested positive for COVID. I called her to see how I can pay without leaving the apartment (keep in mind, I did not ask for it to be pushed out or lowered), alli was calling for was to see if I can pay it online or through deposit. Her next words: “Yeah, it really sounds like you are trying to make your problem, my problem, figure it out or get a late fee and maybe worse...” Again, I was just calling to see how I can pay this. The rest of my family is quarantined in their homes so they can’t go out and get it and my manager has shown numerous times she does not care about her tenants. If you would like great management, avoid this place.

I lived in the Carrington Place Apartments for 3 years and enjoyed my stay there a great deal. The apartment was well maintained and on the rare occasions there was a problem, it was taken care of promptly. Jolynne, the manager, was always friendly and helpful and was readily available. I highly recommend this apartment complex, especially to pet owners.

I lived here for more than 5yrs. The office staff & maintenance are great. The older apartments are still in good shape and worth what you pay. I highly recommend Carrington Place!!

They raise your rent ever time your lease is up. The place is built cheap and When anything breaks it takes forever to get fixed plus management is rude

I've lived here for 5 years and love it. The management staff is amazing, the apartments are good quality, the neighborhood is quiet. I believe it's cheaper than other places because it could use some upgrades to the appliances, but I don't care about that stuff; everything works great. I consider this place home and don't plan on moving anytime soon! I would absolutely recommend Carrington Place to anyone looking for a place to live in Bountiful.
