Property Ratings at Carriage Park
I lived here for 3 years and had to leave because I got a new job elsewhere. I really enjoyed my time at Carriage Park. Cookie, the manager of the complex is a down to earth and fair guy. He was always there when I needed him to fix something the same day. Really dog friendly place with wonderful neighbors. In-unit washer/dryer in every unit. Garages for a fair price. You won't find that in a lot of places! Very quiet and calm place. Right off 235 but don't hear the noise! I would 100% live here again in a heartbeat. You will not find a nicer place to live for the price. It is a small place and so cute! I truly enjoyed my time here and you will too.
