It’s a great neighborhood, very quiet and people are friendly. The best part about it is the pool and the Gym. The park is kept clean and as well as the tennis court.
Good community to live and easy access to nearest malls and downtown. It's good if they provide 6 months lease duration. Maintenance is also good

It is very nearby to bus stop and has a children playground alongside a tennis and basketball ball court. It is near to the market and is in a good location.

Nice neighborhood and decent amenities. Maintenance does a good job of getting to problems quickly. Appliances, paint and carpet are the cheapest options available so it may look nice and shiny upon 1st inspection but you quickly realize how crappy everything is

Had a worst experience because of smoking . My neighbor used to smoke in his/her bathroom which smoke is spreading to bathroom through duct which is intolerable. Highly disappointed with the way the person who investigated this and handled this issue.

MANAGEMENT WILL FINE EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. Carriage park is doing parking lot repairs. Management sent out an email explaining this. WE CALLED FOR CLARIFICATION ON WHERE TO PARK. Then was told the car was in the clear. The the car was towed and now my family is responsible for a towing fee. Talked to management to clear up the issue. Her response was she was sticking to her guns and we are still stuck with the fine. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE.

Decent Rent, nice ambience. It would be better if there are security cameras and getting parking space during night is hectic. Good play facility for children as well

Everything is good, expect few things, like gym heater was not working from past 2 months n maintenance is taking time... Children play area is full muddy, base surface is not maintained.

Good but can improve the amenities and maintenance. Most of the buildings are aged and have roaches during summer. Also few home does not have dishwasher which make life difficult

It’s not the best but not the worst place to live but if you have no where else to go it’s somewhere to be. Neighbors can be loud and slam doors all night and the workers aren’t the nicest but it’s ok

Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but if the noise is excessive or you feel that your neighbors are violating community policies, we would be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail.
Just moved in a week ago and so far no problems. Seems to be quite but also family oriented. I love the space in the apartments I just wish the elevators could have been a bit larger we had to carry my queen box spring up six flights of steps. But all in all I think I will enjoy the community.

Pros: I love the apartment! Very convenient, spacious, and how they set up carriage park like a community Cons: some people living inside it is not that considerate. Trash are being left in the elevators, at the back inside of the building. Vandalizing the elevators and walls at the main entrance. cctv is a must for those law breaking residents. For the management-the parking lot need its guide lines to be repainted, fix the holes on the walls, and how I wish they could suggest it to the upper mngt to put atleast a couple of chairs at the main lobby for guests and residents to sit on while waiting for a ride.

I liked this place, but the people who live here smoke a lot, it always smells bad in my apartment. Entering the house is a bit torturous, unfortunately, it smells the same way in the house.

Very good community with lots of facilities. Still there is no water bills. Lots of amenities like gym,park,basketball court,tennis court. Communication to robinson or downtown is 10mins away.

Good community , has bus facility to downtown. Close to shopping, day care and pre schools . Good pla area for kids to play in summer. Good place to start in pittsburgh

Good neighborhood. Good ambience. Commute options are good. Overall ok maintenance. No major concerns. Different Lease options can be added for current residences. Here only 1 year lease or month on month with extra amount.

Maintenance does well with the upkeep. It’s a mixed bag of what new appliances you get and what are old. Cheap carpet and paint job. Neighborhood is overall friendly besides the all the terrible driving and speeding

Nice place to stay if you work in downtown l, direct busses from community entrance which will take you to downtown within 20 Grocery stores are 20 mins away by walk.

The community is good place to start in Pittsburgh. The management handles the maintenance requests in quick manner. Any issues we raise are resolved within days to a week.

Good place to live. A lot improved in the past year. cockroach free Apartment now. Prompt Maintenance is on. There is some confusion going on with Rental payment and the current tool they have. I hear weird issue from neighbors.
