Everything is good, I love the community, but there is a delay with service requests, and the units take a long time to heat up in the winter (especially mine).
Old buildings with beautiful greenery and good public commute facilities surrounded all near by grocery stores like Walmart and giant eagle. Look and then decide . Good

I like it. It has been an overall good experience so far. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of things to do around there. The location is pretty good too. Around 15 min from the city. There are a ton of stores around too.

I've been a resident at Carriage Park for over two years now, and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community I've ever lived in. Good place to stay with easy public transportation facilities. Maintanence can be improved and few units don’t have dishwashers making it difficult.

Communication has gone downhill in the last few months. They aren't repairing things that absolutely should be, like the intercoms. Kids ride their bikes, e-bikes, and scooters without any adult supervision or sense of self-preservation. The parking situation is a travesty. In short, it's become rather unpleasant to live here. Garage park Apartments offers a good amenities such as gym, swimming pool. It’s a walkable society and a very safe one. Grocery stores and downtown is pretty close.

Apartment is at good location and the maintenance team is good. The leasing management office is not so nice. Expect to receive lot of emails complaining all the time and not taking any responsibility for anything.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. The residents I have chatted with are very friendly and nice. The apartment is nice. I had a leak with my AC unit right when I moved in, as well as the AC unit seems very cheap as it does not keep the room cold at all.

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and overall it’s been a pleasant experience. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with decent space and a functional layout. The building is clean, and the management team is generally responsive to maintenance requests. One of the highlights is the play area – it’s spacious, safe, and well-kept, making it a great spot for kids to enjoy themselves. The swimming pool is another plus: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or getting in a quick workout.

I have been very pleased with Carriage Park and the service I have received from management and maintenance. I recently had a drain clog in the kitchen and even though I wasn’t home, it was taken care of, above and beyond. Additionally, the door on the terrace level was sticking so bad that it was nearly impossible to open without two people. I assumed someone had reported the problem. Obviously not! I requested maintenance and it was promptly resolved. The monthly pest treatment has controlled any pest problems, even with all the humid weather. The noise levels are tolerable and I am very happy in Bldg 4.

Living experience is all based on the neighborhood. If your neighbor smokes in their bathroom, that smoke will spread into your apartment through AC ducts that’s really intolerable. There is no enough support from leasing office for this issue. This is personally experienced scenario.

Great community that feels and is very safe. Definitely one of the most affordable in the area with nice people. Maintenance for pest control always happens frequently to keep the community clean and the grass gets mowed when it grows too long.

We just moved in 3 days ago. So far everyone that we have run into, have been really helpful, nice and friendly. Chas at the Leasing Office has gone above and beyond answering questions getting measurments and making us feel very welcome. I believe that we are going to love living here.

The neighbors slam doors back to back all night but overall it’s been a nice couple of years here. Staff in office are nicer than when we got here and maintenance are nice and helpful.

400 building lobby is bit dirty, rest everything is on point. Very green and clean society. Easily accessible by public transport like bus. 15min drive to downtown. Gym pool available.

Community is good location vise! As a property manager group they should push to keep the 38 bus keep running! As there is a propel to stop this route! Which would be a huge blow if the bus route gets cancelled
