The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Carriage Park Apartments - Dearborn Heights, MI
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Take your money and move somewhere else . Charge a lot for apartments and don’t even answer or email you back if you need something fix . They have new management and they are rude and don’t care about your concerns . They only care about the money !!! . A/c been out all summer , heat do NOT WORK!!! , lights in the hallways are out , bugs are terrible , DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! .. they will neglect you and your apartment … DO NOT APPLY to this raggedy apartment . It’s not LUXURY AT ALL!!! I wish I can give them a 0 star
They're constantly updating the website to say that have many apartments available currently but they don't have anything available for months. There will be good communication all up until you give them the non refundable holding fee, from then on you can expect to be completely ignored and the only way you can get any sort of information is if you go in, but there's a good chance no one will be there. If you want any apartment anytime within the next 3 months and to live in a place with at least one competent staff member you should apply somewhere else.
Don’t waste your money here I swear I’ve been without heating for almost tow months , very bad and rude management.
They NEVER answer their phone it’s ridiculous I’ve trying to rent an apartment and can’t do so cause they never answer I’m soooo over it!
I called the listing which says it has a total of 3 one bedrooms apartments available. However when you call to inquire they tell you they are only available to people on the waiting list. The waiting list is filled up all the wat to OCTOBER.
No air no pool no help no upgrades or repairs do not rent here. They want the rent and that’s it.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Haven’t had air all summer they keep saying it will be fixed. Finally they put some raggedy portable unit in my BEDROOM as if that’s the only place that needs air. My tub leaked, fridge leaked and got hot twice lost food TWICE they gave me one out of someone apartment who just moved. Place is just not good man. Management has switched twice since I moved in here in March. Before I even moved in the office staff was terrible I should have known then. Can’t wait until my lease is up!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS SO RUDE! I know i see a lot of people exaggerating when it comes to these things but NO! this place is horrible. The pictures don’t even match what the apartment look like! They switch things on your application as well. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any place save your self the trouble
I have been here a month now. This was the worst decision ever.! Office team has changed incorrect information sent out. Online payment does not work which forces you to get a money order. Not to mention I haven't had anyone come and work on the things I've had an issue with on my move-in checklist. ????? This is just terrible I recommend y'all finding another place to love this ain't it.
You have no control over your own heat or ac in your home. Our ac has been broken since last summer and they are just now looking into it, keep in mind its june 26th now, middle of summer. I spoke to Carla at Ressco who said we aren't even on anyones schedule to get it fixed. Awful management and nobody actually cares about this place. Such a shame.
I'm talking about the company that owns this place is garbage, they don't want to pay for the upkeep,we have pot holes throughout the complex, central air hasn't work since last year at all,yet they expect rent,it rains in my dining room, they said its nothing that can be done because my building needs a new roof, then they always go up on tent or change things with a day or two notice
decently quiet, rent is pretty high if not a basic model. the road of the complex is awful. terrible maintenance, apartment wasn't finished by move in date. There has been a dead bird in a vacant apartment since I moved in.
Just apartments.3* for good location. Safe, clean, not to bad.if you don't know area it's ok to move here for first year.
This has been a good experience for me living here the staff are very nice and it's really quiet.
the apartments are not well maintained since it was sold. bathrooms are old. appliances are old. heat barely works. marijuana smell in the air.
This place is an absolute joke. Staff and maintenance are unqualified to do the simpilest tasks and very rude. They'll wait till you are ready to move out to tell you about all these random fees that you "owe" that date back months but literally don't contact you about them at all. That way they can squeeze as much money out of you as they can! Avoid living here at all costs and you'll be greatful to avoid a trashy apartment complex and a trashy staff.
Terrible place to live in its in the 40 out side freezing inside and management won't turn heat on ,,leaking ceiling with mold spots complaints still nothing was done Laundry facility is old will miss up your clothes Charging too much to rent in such place
When you first move in they make you feel special, but as time goes on maintenance service drops and concern from the office is lacking. I have had a maintenance request on going for six months and the property manager Kim keeps making false promises to repair my apartment after numerous request via phone and in-person. I have tried to contact her, but every time I call she keeps avoiding me, not returning any of my phone calls.I have went to the office to speak with her and every time she supposedly not available. Living here does not give you the option to control your own heat, it's 40 degrees at night and we still do not have the heat turned. We are left to freeze in our apartments and all they can say is it has to be consistently cold. I tried calling the new management company Ressco and they have no clue about what's going on here and say to contact your property manager, they don't want to get involved. They own the property and do not want to get involved, that's a clue about the type of management that I am dealing with. I will not be here too much longer.
Enjoy everything about this apartment complex. Especially the.monthly community events. Loved October's events for the residents and looking forward to Novembers. Feels like home all the time. Sue S.
Very well kept in the beginning, as time goes on poor maintenance
