The Carmel Landing is an amazing apartment complex! My boyfriend and I just moved into our apartment and Joey has been such a great help. He was able to give us prompt replies for all of our needs. He was able to help us as much as possible in person if we had any questions for him that were hard to answer over an email. Our apartment is a one bedroom and super spacious which is a huge bonus. We are very glad to call the Carmel Landing our new home. We appreciate how easy our experience was to get started on all the step before moving in and after.

I have had the best experience. Communication has been prompt and excellent. I had a repair need and it was done same day with great communication. Joey is fantastic. I love this complex is so dog friendly and the location is unbeatable. I am amazed the insulation of the apartment. I’m on the floor level and have not heard the apartment above me once or my neighbors across from me. I highly recommend this complex.

Apartment was not ready when they said it would be. Snow removal was non existent. Communication terrible. No one in the office or answering the phone. Smelled terrible of smoke. Nicotine dripping down the walls. Run as fast as you can!

Everyone there is absolutely awesome, they all work hard for us to live in warm places. Even when your oven isnt working and its super cold out, they will be there to help you. Its amazing! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quite home!

These apartments are great, theyre in such a lovely neighborhood and everyone here is so nice and makes you really feel at home and in a safe community. This being my first apartment I dont have any fears about the place or service after the first phone call before I even moved in. The office is extremely reliable and very informative.
The staff is cordial and professional. Love the landscape. Great place to live.
The location is excellent, there is tranquility, and in my case when I request repairs, they are taken care of, since my experience has been satisfactory, that's why I still live here

My water heater went out the first week I lived there. I was extremely impressed with the communication between the office staff and maintenance staff. He was short staffed that day but made me a priority and replaced water heater and fixed a couple of other things the same day. And notified me through out the day of progress. 5-Star.

Nice place clean has a few minor things that could be better. Only thing I don't understand about living here is. When you decide to renew your lease agreement. They raise the rent. You think it stay same. But overall nice place friendly staff
Wonderful place
The landscape is beautiful with mature trees. It is in walking distance to parks and shops. It is very peaceful.
I have only lived her a month but its been Excellent, its very quiet, Neghibors are nice and move in day was easy even though the start of covid 19 and office staff very friendly and helpful.also love location and love being close to stores, parks and high way and restaurant
I love the mature trees and layout of the community. The units are updated. The staff is really friendly. And it is in a perfect location to parks, retail and restaurants.
We cannot wait to leave this place. It has been terrible from the start. Freezing winters, the apartments don’t hold in heat. Blistering summers, they don’t seem to let out heat, either. You have to remind the management team 100 times, for months, before they do anything about any issues in your apartment. Even then, you should just go straight to the company (or a lawyer) that owns the complex, but that’s just for getting it done. I have absolutely no good things to say about our time here. Small, dated. Waste of money. Don’t move here.

The previous comment is most likely posted a BH management associate or a resident low standards (no offense). I lived in Carmel Landing for two years and the only good experience I can agree with is the location. After surfing review and rental sites I've come to the conclusion that BH management also surfs these websites and posts fake generic reviews and possibly even pay some web domains to remove poor comments. All of my neighbors I spoke with had nothing but negative to say as well. Instead of writing a novel I will just summarize and list my complaints. -Rent was raised by $80 on resigning of lease without any verbal communication. -walk ways were not shoveled or cleared in a timely manner in the winter. -trash littered in the lawn behindy unit daily -poor communication from staff -random "maintenance" visits with 2 day advance notification & a 3 day window for the visit. Felt more like they were checking up on all their units -$4 fee for your monthly rent/utility bill -streets poorly lit at night -very outdated units, all of knobs on my drawers and closets were loose -often overheard maintenance staff arguing with or talking down to other residents -random times for lawn mowings always different days different times sometimes two or three days in a row. Worker with leaf blower to clear lawn trimmings would always blow all of the cigarette butts in my ashtray all over my porch -every time I talk with management about an issue I was not treated as a customer or resident I was treated as a problem or annoyance To give them a little bit of credit I will say that the lawns and landscaping were kept up very well and their former receptionist Jennifer was extremely friendly and helpful. Jillian (manager) on the other hand is condicending, rude, and overall unpleasant. She spoke down to me and told me I was wrong on multiple occasions. Final verdict - overpriced, outdated, and scammers.
Carmel Landing is in a great location and the prices are very reasonable, especially compared with other apartment communities in the area. The office staff are some of the friendliest people that we have had the pleasure of doing business with. They are quick to respond to issues, and are very professional. Although the prices are pretty good, the quality of the actual apartment is not the best. It is an older apartment community, and the materials used in the apartment are very cheap and fall apart easy. For example, when cleaning the blinds, they break easily. There are several creeks in the floor upstairs, and the doors have been poorly fixed and maintained. The kitchen layout for pretty much all of the different apartment types are extremely small and there is very little kitchen counter and cabinet space. There is a community pool, which is great for the summer as well as a kids playground, dog park, fitness center and more. The community often hosts events which are always thoughtful and fun. In spite of it all, we are still happy to call Carmel Landing our home, and would recommend it to friends because of the location and enthusiastic staff.
