Whether it’s a historic presence you crave, or a wealth of family fun activities, you’ll find it all in Salem! The town is part of Rockingham County, adjacent to Interstate 93. Residents enjoy proximity to the Mall at Rockingham Park, which happens to be the largest mall in the state of New Hampshire. Purchasing local goods can be accomplished at the Salem NH Farmers Market. When it comes to family outings, nothing beats Canobie Lake Parks’ roller coasters, stunt shows, live music, and games.
History is prevalent in Salem, too. Canobie Lake Park was built in 1902 as a means to encourage travel by trolley to the park’s leisure amenities. The park was successful and became a renowned New England resort. Are you familiar with Stonehenge? Well, Salem has one as well. America’s Stonehenge occupies almost 30 acres in Salem. Many theories surround the origin of the stone structure; its purpose was discovered to be an astronomical calendar.

Property Ratings at Carlton Oaks
People constantly moving in and out because of rent increases. The carpets are dated. Appliances older. They charge market value for outdated apartments. The building is often not secured. Packages get stolen and in winter months you make even find an unhouded person sleeping in the entrance hall. This place isn't worth what they are charging. The people here are mostly nice. So that's a plus.

They act like place is high end like the new Tuscan village apartments. Things break and takes them forever to fix, tenants litter everywhere and don’t pick up their dog poop and packages get stolen constantly.I suggest you find somewhere worth the ridiculous money they ask for this s crappy apartments.
We have been living at Carlton Oaks for 4 years it is a beautiful place to live. Convenient to everything all major highways, Rockingham Mall and many other shopping outlets and attractions like Canobie Lake Park, Rockingham Park and American Stone Hedge. The White Mountains and New Hampshire Motor Speedway just hours north.
love living here so convenient to everything but just can't afford the rent increases anymore $50.00 to $100.00 each year
