Staff and everyone is so friendly! Sheila and Lucille are so nice and welcoming every single call before move in! Beautiful grounds and apartment was perfect on move in! The location is prime. Residents are always smiling and waving. Feels very welcoming. Club house is beautiful. Happy to be a resident!

Property is beautiful and well maintained. The community is very peaceful and a great value. The staff in the office made the move in process smooth as silk. The apartment was as promised and I moved in sight unseen and was very pleased. Highly recommend.

What a lovely community! You can't tell that the apartments were built in 1968-69. The property is immaculate and beautiful near the water. The apartment is so clean and brand new appliances! I am thrilled to make this my new home with my cat, Lucy.

I lived at Carlton Arms for eight years. I recently took a job in Tacoma Washington. I am keeping my lease there for now to hopefully in the future move back. It is a "hidden gem" and will miss it. The Staff is wonderful and the Community and neighbors look out for each other. Hopefully, I will be back sooner than later.

When I moved to Carlton Arms I planned to be here one year. Thirteen years later I am still enjoying life here at Carlton Arms! The grounds are beautiful with old oaks and water views. The community is friendly and engaging and you can be as involved as you wish. There is a beautiful pool and clubhouse and the office staff and maintenance and property personnel are professional, courteous and helpful - they get it done! We are close to shopping and restaurants and security is an added bonus. Great place to live.

I’ve been here 3 years, with no plans on leaving! I found out about Carlton Arms in 2013, thru fellow Pathology techs, that had parents residing in various states that are part of Carlton Arms I looked online and fell in love with this location in St Petersburg Fl . The view is spectacular and the grounds are so picturesque. Great office and crew that truly take care of this beautiful property! And make you feel welcomed Great neighbors and it’s very pet friendly. Location is close to everything you could possibly need. Maximo Park is walking distance away. And it has frisbee golf and just a pretty setting. ( lots of squirrels for my pup to chase) Check out all the amenities available Right here at home. At high tide you’ll probably see a manatee or dolphins up close and amazing. Also a lot of birds So happy this Iowa girl gets to call this home

The apartments are match-stick construction with squeaky plywood floors, poor insulation, inefficient old-style AC compressors, deteriorating balconies, unpredictable smoke detectors and water heaters that leak regularly.

My dad has been living at Carlton arms for 14 years very safe environment very clean , they go out of their way to take care of the Residence,I highly recommend this place, Best place in St. Petersburg

Have been living here for less than a month but it was obvious from my first day that management takes pride in the property and has an honest concern for the residents. I was fortunate enough to be offered a unit with awesome views of Tampa Bay, the Skyway Bridge and the surrounding seashore/metropolitan areas. It's THE QUIETEST apartment I've lived in for many, many years. The grounds are incredible: There's a path around the perimeter of the property that I use for jogging and it's fantastic, especially along the waterfront. it's great to finally find a peaceful, well-managed property I'm proud to call home. Thank you to management and staff for making this the experience of a lifetime.

I've lived here for over five years and have found this location to be safe, the grounds are well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. We have valet trash pick up, low cost cable and reduced internet. There is little to no noise, lots of activities for seniors and you can feel comfortable and very safe. If you have a maintenance issue, usually the staff comes right away. We live on the back of Tampa Bay with a view of the skyway bridge. There are plenty of flowers, trees and sometimes I feel like we have our own aquarian. Many residents have lived here for as many as 15-30 years or more.

Being right on Tampa Bay and able to look out on the water and the Skyway is soul soothing! We are extremely close to Interstate access and a few minutes from downtown St Pete. Bradenton/Sarasota, Orlando and Tampa are all reasonably close, so we do not lack for dining, entertainment, recreational and sports options. The community is quiet, the people friendly and the rent is reasonable. Apartments from one to three bedrooms are available in townhouse and single level styles with spacious patios at the rear of each unit.
