Great place to live. Apartments are very nice and clean. Office staff is great and very friendly and the maintenance staff is awesome..... very safe place to live..... highly recommend

Large apartments, lovely grounds, very responsive and friendly staff. Moved from California and staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Great environment, wonderful scenery and atmosphere. Office staff is very helpful as well as maintenance when you need them. Easy to submit requests if needed as well as quick response. Easy to pay rent on line. Nice living spaces and I really love living here.

The community is so quiet, safe and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and professional. I'm so grateful to be part of great community.

Carlton Arms Employees are great. Each time I need anything done it's done that same day. I lost my keys and within the hour someone brought me a new set. The outside patio is great if you like to grow things or string lights across the fence. Lots of children to play or go to the pool. I love it here!

My family and I have lived here for over 10 years my issues are with the maintenance staff who don’t fix stuff as requested and then try to lie and said they did I have cameras inside and outside my home that record when someone comes in and out and while they are inside and I am not present the pest control sucks have issues with ants inside and rats and squirrels outside on my patio and nothing gets done rent constantly going up without improvements to these issues we stay because it was great for the first 6 or or so years then got new management and have been hoping it would get better because we like the area but thinking about not signing new lease

I’ve lived here over 6 years. The staff is wonderful, prompt and helpful. I have a special needs child and they’ve been very accommodating. It’s a mostly quiet community. Management is very quick to handle any issues that arise. The grounds are very well kept. If you are blessed to have good neighbors, there’s no better place to live!

I talked to Jamil today for about an hour with about a 1000 questions. She was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and assured me that the move to Florida would be a great adventure. Signed, Looking forward to being a new Carlton Arms resident.

We wanted to take a minute to thank the staff and property managers for the smooth transfer into our townhouse(which is amazing, btw). After being residents for three and a half years, we decided to upgrade, and we are so happy we did. Every step of the way, the staff, and property manager(Mr.Sisson) were extremely accommodating. We are extremely pleased with CANL! Thank you again, for being awesome!!!

My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years and overall the place is average. The rent does always go up every renewal. The past year they have been doing a lot of construction on the property(re-roofing, patching and painting the driveway areas) which was noisy and a pain. Now they are advertising a new dog park addition. This past year though it seems they aren't holding up to their usual standards. The grass hasn't been as well groomed and trimmed and it has more stinging plants in it. Also I have received more "patio clean up notices" then ever, so I don't know if they are just trying to get as much money as possible out of their tenants or what, but we will be leaving when our lease is up. Like I said overall a decent place but we're not happy, so we are moving. My advice, look for somewhere cheaper, not worth it!

I really enjoy living at Carlton Arms. All of the Employees who work there are very helpful and friendly.

Carlton Arms is a great apartment building that features old brick style and a homey community. They have various events and even serve food every week to keep you entertained and full! The scenery is also amazing! With two large lakes and two huge pools you always feel like your in your own paradise.

Quiet, safe, family retirement community, with wonderful administrative staff in a clean tropical setting, close to everything with waterfront views. Yard maintenance included & trash pick up twice a week. 2 clubhouses with pools & private gym with updated equipment. All around great community.

If you are looking for an apartment complex that is away from the noise of busy streets, gives you a park like feeling when you look out from your patio or balcony then this is the place for you. Carlton Arms makes you feel safe, part of a community, has an excellent staff. If you have a problem within the apartment, one phone call and they are there to solve it. I'm going on my third year with CANL and plan on staying. I couldn't be happier. Its close to the interstate, shopping, hospital, etc. They even provide a shuttle bus three days a week if you don't feel like driving and dealing with parking. Its been the best value for me.

First of all they provide 24/7 security at the entrace and are just a call away for any issues. Each unit is 100% move-in ready with detail oriented. They have numerous amenities to include, but not limited to: two pools (one heated during the winter), fitness center, car care and more. They also include basic cable in the rent. Its also in a very convient location to shopping, grocery, and convience store.

"HIDEOUT" comes to mind while you drive into this apartment complex that is in a secluded area, which is in a great location- Shopping areas and restaurants to banks are in walking distance. Leasing staff are great and very helpful, I lived here for 6yrs and can't tell you when there was a piece of trash on the ground. They keep this place very clean and maintained. Apartments are good sizes,trash pick up at the back door. With an upgraded gym there is no more excuses!! They have 2 pools which are never crowded and 2 clubhouses to use for various occasions. Living here and in this area has been a pleasant experience for me and the family!!!!

A lovely little community not gated or greeted by a friendly volunteer there are 2 clubhouses and pool is spacious and the staff is ever so friendly. Very close to a mall and shopping centers the best part is the (24 HOUR Walmart). I get so excited knowing its there. We have a balcony view overlooking trees and even a place to wash your car how much better can it get and the gas station in front has free air for your tires (Wawa)so friendly too. Its a great area.

This is a great place to live as of now people have been so nice and its a welcome change as we moved from DC. The pool areas are nice and the work station is perfect for emergency web browsing. The staff has been very accommodating since my grandfather lives with us. We hope this place helps us restart our lives in a positive manner.

We love this place everyone is friendly helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. The townhouse was clean and looked just as nice as the pictures and the model. We love the idea that our pets are wanted and excepted as part of our family. They do not charge a huge extra deposit just for our pets. They just add a small extra fee to the rent each month. This helps make move in cots so much less. They keep the grounds and pools very clean and pretty. Love that they let us use the gym 24-7 that's nice to know you have whatever time you want or need. Love that they have a Landry Matt that will wash large things that might not fit in the compact washer and dryer that they provide in the townhouse. We are very happy that we get to call this place home

Just visited the website and the community looks beautiful and probably everything we needed to short-term rent for the winter months; although we were thinking of $1200.00 monthly price as we've been paying in years past for Florida. We love the overall benefits of this community, but will have to wait until later to decide if we can afford it . Thank you
