Property Ratings at Capitol City Apartments
Comfortable 2024 The grounds and access look great. Dogs are managed well. Everyone has great dogs and pick up after them. The pool was closed most of the year and is still closed for off season. The Hot Tub has been greatly missed for a long time while while waiting for repairs never completed. Our apartment is comfortable and everything works but is showing age on the washer and dryer. The location is great and it sounds like the schools are great. Almost all of our requests have had good prompt maintenance.

I?d recommend it because it is a nice place to live however it?s barely affordable without roommates or multiple incomes.

I got turned down for the apt. because I had a charge off on my credit report. I assumed companies would understand when Covid hit , people lost jobs and didn't have money to pay bills. Also, I understand that doesn't matter to people. Ms. Lindsey was so nice to me and really wanted me to get the apt. but she said it was nothing she could do! I'm new to this State, so I'm learning how it works when applying for an apartment!

The space going to my front door was embarrassingly filthy and no one would clean it. Out front the dogs were allowed to pee on the grass and kill it. The dogs large dogs were allowed to go off leash.

We really like living here. The apartment appliances are old and the carpet is really old. The bug problem was resolved. The location is great. If we leave it will be because of medical issues as we get older.

We do recommend the Capital City Apartment to friends and others because they are safe, convenient to stores, restaurants and transit. Really like the staff and facilities. Rent is competitive.

Apartment, grounds, office/maintenance personnel all very nice. Only drawback for me is the amount of smoking by neighbors, which means I have to shut windows in the summer. Would LOVE to have A/C.

I really like the layout and the location. The office personnel and maintenance personal are top notched. The only complaint would be putting families with dogs etc. on the top apartment. Very, very noisy for residents below. Need better sound proofing.
out of everywhere we looked and even at our previous apartments Capitol City is by far my favorite place. The management here is wonderful and so are the people, it is in a great area and the apartment its self is amazing. its a nice open floor plan with lots of room and storage. we have updated everything which is very nice. plus when it comes to our neighbors we cant hear anything. unlike other places you could hear every noise on the other side of the wall. But I am in love here and want to move anywhere else.
