Absolutely love my neighbors and the complex. Pool is nice and clean. Maintenance couldn’t be better. Office staff is great. I will say I wish the park had a little more to it but park is nice for bigger children.

We absolutely love Byron, he’s so helpful and very accommodating! The apartment’s are very nice with lots of amenities. As someone who loves to go to the gym, they have lots of options and it’s 24 hours!

Can't beat the rental rate with the amenities offered. Plenty of parking. Could upgrade the gym more. Never used the pet amenities. Mailroom was nice and valet trash pick up.

Overall it's really good. Great location, right next to Odgen park and Lewis Farm. Can be really noisy sometimes. But it might change after the hotel opens

Everything here is wonderful and organized, I really like living here, I really like the pool and the location is great, the neighbors are very kind, it is a very good place for children, the schools are good, it is an ideal place for families

I have been here for going on 5 years. I am paying a huge amount of rent for a 2br. The office really doesn't want to go out of their way to make me want to stay after my lease is up in October. I guess 5 years as a good tennant doesn't account for anything with this company. A tad sad to realize you don't matter to them.

Love my apartment but it is cold...floors cold and extior walls cold. Windows are real drafty and the slider is as well. Other then that love my place.

The Cape Harbor Apartments are in a wonderful location. It has nice amenities and they have done a lot of work to upgrade said amenities. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond and Byron and Brandy in the office are awesome. On the downside, the non-renovated units are rundown and rent is entirely too expensive.

Moved in on Friday. It was extremely quiet and well lit outside at night. Love the double locked doors. Slept all through the night for the first time in a while.

Great staff, great maintenance, great location, cool amenities. The un renovated units are run down and are literally falling apart, but they won’t do anything about it until after you move out. Also, there are no lights in the bedrooms.

We just moved in on the 31st. While the process was very stressful since our app decided to not work all the leasing agents were right by our side helping us along the way. We finally got our payment through with the help of the leasing agents and were able to move in. Sandra who helped from the very start since our tour was amazing. She was patient and didn’t mind all the questions we had. She made the process as painless as possible and even made sure our new home was perfect for us. We absolutely love our new home it is more than we could ever ask for. Myself, my partner, and our dog has never been happier. 10/10 definitely recommend. This place is amazing!

Love it here so far! Haven't lived here long but the office staff is friendly, pool area was recently redone and is beautiful, the apartments are cozy and quiet. So nice to be near a park too.

Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. There are many dogs that are friendly as well. I like the amenities. The pool is great right now because it’s so hot.

Just moved in, somethings could be more modern in the apartments and dont care for popcorn cellings. Dont know about neighbors so far, so cant comment.

close to the park, good neighborhood and efficient office. My children love the pool and playing bikes outside, the maintenance team is very good, they resolve all problems quickly

The staff and Maintenance are phenomenal. I do wish I hadn’t moved in here sight unseen though. The un renovated units like the one I rent, are literally falling apart. If you move here, make sure it’s into a renovated unit because once you’re in, they will not renovate until after you move out. I wish they would allow us to transfer our lease to a renovated unit free of charge.
We have 0 complaints. Staff are wonderful, including maintenance who responds quickly to requests. The complex has had some upgrades and staff are good at updating residents. 5/5
