Day one of moving in… Staff were extremely kind and sweet. Neighbors we pleasant. Complex was very well kept and neat. Move in was really easy and sufficient. Atmosphere is quiet, very very low key and private. Scenery is beautiful from the ponds to the trees outlay. So far loving it!

I love it here! It’s a renovated apartment, so it looks great and feels like new; I like the floor plan and how the space is well distributed, and it feels spacious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and maintenance requests are usually taken care of quickly; The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is how sound travels between apartments. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors’ muffled conversation, or steps, or kitchen cabinets banging shut.

Could have been higher. But recently with all the rain the inside of the Apartment Main Bedroom's carpet is soaking wet. The water is actually coming up through the ground and through the floor. We now have to replace a file cabinet because of water damage.

Really pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the ease of moving in. The staff are very helpful and the maintenance crew are top notch. My only gripe is that there are too many speed bumps.

Absolutely love my neighbors and the complex. Pool is nice and clean. Maintenance couldn’t be better. Office staff is great. I will say I wish the park had a little more to it but park is nice for bigger children.

Can't beat the rental rate with the amenities offered. Plenty of parking. Could upgrade the gym more. Never used the pet amenities. Mailroom was nice and valet trash pick up.

Overall it's really good. Great location, right next to Odgen park and Lewis Farm. Can be really noisy sometimes. But it might change after the hotel opens

I have been here for going on 5 years. I am paying a huge amount of rent for a 2br. The office really doesn't want to go out of their way to make me want to stay after my lease is up in October. I guess 5 years as a good tennant doesn't account for anything with this company. A tad sad to realize you don't matter to them.

Love my apartment but it is cold...floors cold and extior walls cold. Windows are real drafty and the slider is as well. Other then that love my place.

The Cape Harbor Apartments are in a wonderful location. It has nice amenities and they have done a lot of work to upgrade said amenities. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond and Byron and Brandy in the office are awesome. On the downside, the non-renovated units are rundown and rent is entirely too expensive.

Nice staff very helpful it is a great place to live. I like the pool and workout room and also the pet washing station. The barbecue pit by the pool is awsome .

Great staff, great maintenance, great location, cool amenities. The un renovated units are run down and are literally falling apart, but they won’t do anything about it until after you move out. Also, there are no lights in the bedrooms.

We just moved in on the 31st. While the process was very stressful since our app decided to not work all the leasing agents were right by our side helping us along the way. We finally got our payment through with the help of the leasing agents and were able to move in. Sandra who helped from the very start since our tour was amazing. She was patient and didn’t mind all the questions we had. She made the process as painless as possible and even made sure our new home was perfect for us. We absolutely love our new home it is more than we could ever ask for. Myself, my partner, and our dog has never been happier. 10/10 definitely recommend. This place is amazing!
