These apartments are owned by entities outside of utah who are aware that utah has no renter Protections. So they hide a lot of extra fees in their monthly bill, allocating all of their expenses like common space, etc. To you period. Then if you disagree with their charges that they invent upon checkout comma there's no recourse. There is no state of utah agency that will go to bat for you, and there is no corporate headquarters that will respond to your call. so be prepared to pay about a hundred extra dollars a month in those kinds of fees and about two thousand extra dollars when you check out

We really love living at Canyon View! The staff here is exceptional and the apartments are spacious with great views of the surrounding mountains. Also convenient to have washers & dryers in the units, a pool with grilling stations, and a very clean gym! The grounds are kept up and they are always keeping everything spotless. We looked at a lot of apartments before moving into Canyon View and this one was the best on price based on what was offered and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc.

We love it here at canyon view apartments. The apartments here are kept up and pretty. The staff is wonderful to work with here. They were willing to work with us to get approved to move into these apartments. There is a nice swimming pool and a gym.

These apartments overall are very nice, and the management is pleasant to work with. The only downside to these apartments is delivery drivers get confused by the address set up sometimes.

We moved into Pinnacle Canyon View Apts about 5 months ago. When we first took our tour of the grounds Taylor helped us and answered all of our questions perfectly. My wife goes to school at UVU so it is the perfect place for UVU students or BYU students. The prices are better than average and they dont make you buy a media package with Direct TV. The superintendent is very friendly and is happy to help at all hours. We looked at over 13 apartments before choosing PCV. It is newly built and well planned out. The Apartments are bigger than the average for the price and have big bathtubs! All in all. We have loved living here and plan to do so for a while.

Lived at Pinnacle for almost an entire year and overall it was a good experience. Pinnacle has great appliances in apartment and if you have any issues they fix it right away. We had no major issues with management as they were very friendly. The location of this apartment is great for a family or even a college student. 1/2 mile walk to Utah Valley University.
