About Canyon Hills

Canyon Hills is a serene, beautiful complex nestled on the east slopes of the Franklin Mountains. Our complex offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes, as well as 3 laundry facilities and a beautiful blue pool for summer use. At this time, a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhome and a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome are available for lease. We also have a 1 bedroom 1 bath coming up in mid-August. The application fee is $40 per adult and deposits range from $350-$600. We do not take section 8. You need to make 2-3 times the rent, not be in bankruptcy, owe any other complexes rent, or been evicted. You also can not have a felony or have violence or theft on your record.
