Property Ratings at Cantwell Crossing Apartments and Townhomes
Very loud at night between 11 pm and 4 am. Management is not able to police them and might and tells you to call actual police if you complain. Dog poop pick up not enforced, be prepared to step in it if you make the mistake of going on the grass. Management does not enforce although they will send you an email telling you they can’t do anything if they don’t see anyone. Dumpsters are used by residents to throw away couches and other full size furniture, leaving little room for regular trash.

We completely understand your frustration, and are currently working on these issues you have mentioned, including finding other options concerning the larger items being placed in dumpsters. Very friendly staff. I haven't really had any major problems after 2 years. Any maintenance problems have been taken care of speedily. The pool and rec center are well taken care of and not crowded. Nice neighbors and a safe area. Close to Fairview Heights shopping.
