The stay has been good just the stairs is a hassle taking things up and down them especially when moving furniture my lawd but like I said it has been good so far
It was good. Everyone was nice that spoke and it seems like a nice quiet place to live for me and my children. It was cleaned up and nothing out of the ordinary

Very nice place. Maintenance is always fast to respond. Landscapers do a great job. I wish the areas around the dumpsters would be cleaner, but I understand that really depends more on the tenants themselves.

Four months in and still so far so good. Really can't beat the location since it is so near downtown. Haven't used much of the amenities much so I can't speak much about them. Trash disposal and pickup of litter in common areas could be improved. Overall, I'm happy with my move.

I have signed my lease for another year. I need a ground floor apartment so that is why I stay. The neighbors in this building are very friendly

The Management is great. Also the maintenance responds fast to your issues. Parking is not the greatest but manageable. Very quiet area. Dog and children friendly.

This is a great apartment complex. Close to the hospital, restaurants and downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice pool area with tennis court. Nice balcony. Large closets in each bedroom. Any maintenance needed is done very quickly. Nice office staff.
