My girlfriend and I have lived here for about a year now and fully intended on staying if a promotion did not require us to move out of town. The rent is extremely fair, especially compared to others that are even remotely similar. Attached garages, private entrances, and vaulted ceilings with a skylight (if you are on the top floor) were definitely some of our favorite features. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and well maintained through all seasons. Management was always responsive and very friendly. We’ve seriously had no complaints and are sad to go.
Tracy is AWESOME! Caring, kind and helpful....always. Maintenance is always on top of things and very nice and helpful as well. The community looks great and everything is taken care of so nicely around here. The apartments, buildings and grounds are neat and clean and taken care of . Very nice and quiet place. Sandburg Woods is a plus, beautiful scenery and walking trails with awesome wildlife activity. Nice large three bedrooms are clean and taken care of. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. is everything you need. Nice private deck and 1 car garage is a great size, with plenty of storage. 2 full baths are great too. Also, nice walking community within a nice neighborhood.
I love living at Forest Run. The apartments are spacious with a large master suite which includes generous closets and a full bath. The apartment has two bathrooms which is not the norm for apartments. The attached garage and pool are a big pulse. Visitors are quite impressed when they see the apartment. The apartment complex is surprisingly quiet for its size. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and management is on site. All maintenance requests are handled promptly. We have been residents of Forest Run Apartments going on nine years. Our residency has been truly enjoyable. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of immediately. We also have a dog, and appreciate the fact that pets are allowed. The grounds are perfect for walking our pet. Forest Run even provide waste bags and receptacles which is convenient. Forest Run treats their residents and apartments with respect, and for that reason, we intend to stay here for many years to come!
Have lived here for 1 year & renewed for a second go 'round. Price per square foot makes these apartment homes the best for your buck. Grounds are well maintained (year round) & the maintenance staff is prompt & efficient.
By far, the BEST Bang for your buck in the area!!!
My apartment complex is very responsive to my needs. I have lived here for 7 years and have had few problems. When an appliance is not working or other problem arises, the office is quick about fixing the problem. I do have a suggestion, however, that would be extremely helpful. There is a family of 5 living above me. Daily and often throughout the day, it sounds like there may be a herd of some sort of animal living there. I have asked nicely to please "tone it down". That does and does not help. My suggestion to the corporation owning the complex is: please better soundproof the apartments--perhaps some sort of greater sound resistance carpeting upstairs or some other soundproofing materials between floors would greatly help "buffer" the noise. That really is my only complaint. Again, the complex is very responsive. They are also appreciative of their tenants. Each June is "tenant appreciation month", ending with a wonderful picnic, always well catered and well received. Thank you for that.
