Our Experience in 2 years was exellent! The community is close to supermarkets and pharmacies within walking distance. The community has hight-value amenities, everything works very well, the communication is very good. the staff is very friendly and attentive. they quickly resolve any concern or maintenance situation.

The leasing office rarely answers the phone and never returns calls. Email replies conveniently ignore questions that they don't want to answer, and leave out information about steps and fees when you ask for various procedures so you think you're done only to be met with a surprise delay (due to a missed step you weren't informed of) or surprise bill. Office staff openly laughed at me for not knowing things that they themselves forgot to tell me. They will also straight up lie to you. They explicitly told me that my rent would only increase by $200/mo after renewal, but the actual increase was $500/mo with all available discounts.
This is poor because I been living here for a couple months and the workers feel like they can just walk inside your home unannounced and it is very uncomfortable. Also they talk to you very disrespectful. They don’t notify you of any matter.

Great place to stay at. I was here for 3 weeks on vacation and I loved it! I'm looking for the opportunity to move in as soon as a 3 BR is available! Hands down....best condo in Kissimmee in a great location (tourist section of Kissimmee) and great rent price!
I have visited Florida plenty and always said if I ever move this is where Id live to live (Cane Island) . Such a beautiful clean and friendly community. Rent is bit pricey but all in good reason. Resturants, stores, outlets, tourist attractions all within 20 min. Def. A place to be but the best is the best schooling for my kids. Come to Cane Island its like living in a dream . Resort style apartment condominiums.
For the past few years, my husband and I have enjoyed living in Cane Island in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Being on the top floor, we get fantastic sunlight, a breeze when we open our huge balcony doors, and we also get peace and quiet (we face the back of the complex). Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and tile in those rooms as well provides easy clean up and maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, we do have a great maintenance staff on hand if you ever have any issues at home. Having a washer and dryer in the unit as well is such a blessing! Not only is our home spacious with lots of living space, but we get to enjoy resort style amenities here as well. The pool and hot tub is lovely (they're maintained weekly), and the clubhouse has a game room, full kitchen, locker rooms, sauna, and a gym. The gym equipment is a little outdated, but it's still workable to break a good sweat. Do keep in mind that if you choose to move here, a lot of the units are privately owned, so we see A LOT of vacationers come and go, as well as the annual snowbirds from up north! Every year we get to meet wonderful new people, as well as see familiar faces...it's truly like a big family here, with activities going on all the time. We even have local food trucks stop here, have community pizza nights, and big sporting events are shown poolside on a large blow up screen. Even though we call Cane Island home, it's wonderful to get those little extra touches that you'd expect on a vacation, at the place you rest your head every night. It's a wonderful place to live!
I got lucky when I found people looking for roI'm mates at Cane Island. This place has been great for the past year, close to everything you could want and only a 10-15 minute drive, straight shot down the road, to Disney. Universal is only 20/25 up the interstate as well. Just down the street from Celebration which is adorable and great to wander around in. Very affordable with roommates, I'm always surprised I don't see more people posting in the Disney CM roommate finder for space here.
We've been living here for almost a year now, so we have a good background about the workings of Cane Island. The apartments themselves look beautiful from the outside and at a first glance, however, each unit has its own quirks and oddities. The carpets are disgusting, and there isn't very much that can be done about that (the office refuses to change it). The granite counters, while very nice, were not built correctly so if they break I am worried the leasing office will charge me. Which brings me to another point - we switched units and they charged us a ton of fees for supposedly "broken" things that were broken when we moved in (and we noted them on our lease). The managers at the leasing office, of which there are only two, are nice when you first move in but are not that great afterward. We also lost our maintenance guy and the new one is not as skilled as the one before, plus he doesn't come for everything. There are many improvements to be made, but overall a decent experience here. I don't regret moving here at all, but I do wish they would improve the state of the apartments here considering how much rent is. They never update the apartments because they think they're perfect, but they aren't. New flooring would be nice, for example.
This apartment complex has been great to me and my roommates! Our apartment complex rents out Food Trucks for its residents at times, we have Papa Johns Pizza nights, we are located just 10 minutes from the south gates of Walt Disney World, we are located off 192 which has a plethora of restaurants and shops, including Krispy Kreme which is a 5 minute walk from the complex. It's been great living here, and I would love to stay here longer! The apartment is also listed as a condominium too, so we get travelers who will choose to stay here for their vacation. They can be a lot of fun. There's a lot of new stuff happening here, and everyone seems to be pretty respectful to their fellow neighbors. If you asked me, I'd tell you to stay here!
