It is conveniently nearby the south side of the campus with quick access to the James C. Kirkpatrick Library for studying, the Ed Elliott Union for socializing, and the Student Recreation Center for keeping your mind and body healthy. The community offers one and two bedroom apartments, reserved parking, off leash dog run, indoor bicycle racks, on-site laundry facilities and grilling areas. Located in west central Missouri, Warrensburg is known as the “Home of Man’s Best Friend” since the phrase was coined during a court trial in 1870 over a slain local dog named Old Drum. Serious issues- Avoid
Had leaking bathroom ceiling whole time (literally had part of the ceiling fall into the tub at one point). The bathroom constantly had water on the floor from the ceiling leaking. Worn carpets. Roaches. One of the two dryers doesn't work. The apartment we were being moved into changed and the one we were put in wasn't very well cleaned or repaired. We paid pet deposits and left the apartment squeaky clean. Still were changed over $700 in pet damage after move out. We've always gotten deposits back because of how well we clean and take care. Considering that we lived in an apartment with a hole in our bedroom wall for months (up to and including the day we moved out), it is hard not to feel we are being charged to get money to fix some of the plumbing or other issues in the apartment. Would not suggest moving in here.
