Leak under kitchen sink fixed!! My garbage disposal stopped working which caused water backup and leaks. Maintenance was there the following day to fix the issue. There are no more leaks and my garbage disposal is fixed, very satisfied!!!

Great place The apartment was exactly what I needed at the time. Spacious and clean. I loved having a full basement. I had several issues which I had to call maintenance for, but they were always responsive and friendly and did what they could to help me.

Very average The apartments themselves are adequate. If you've been living here since Fish Enterprises owned the property then you dont have the luxury of any of the updates that have gone into the other units. Even when repairing an appliance they give you another used one rather than a brand new one. Dog poop is literally everywhere on the property. As a dog owner who picks up after their dog, i find this absolutely disgusting. We get emails once in a while threatening a fine if caught leaving dog poop on the property but its never enforced so people just keep doing it. Snow removal here is an absolute travesty. Its clear they just contracted with whoever was cheapest. We get emails basically putting the blame on us for not moving our cars but when this has been done, plowing doesn't occur until 7 pm and its literally the worst excuse for plowing ive ever seen. The snow is literally plowed up onto the sidewalks making them completelu impassable. My husband has been plowing for 35 years and you NEVER pile snow toward the units. Its not just snow removal either. Fall cleanups are done with very little effort to actually remove leaves. I still have a pile of leaves up against my unit and its February. On the plus side, if you submit a service request they generally are very quick to answer it and address the issue. The maintenance staff are overall pretty friendly as well as the office staff.
