Property Ratings at Campus View
Pick another place! They tell you to move in on the 20th to pay that month's full rent. College students move out before July so they are scamming you if you move in to their apartment in July or August, so be ready for that. Their move-in admin fee is $150, and they have a $66 utility set-up fee. BTW: Their internet is 35mps shared with four people in the apartment so don't waste your time bringing gaming devices with a tv plus a laptop. Increase your cell data. Also their W/D is a small stackable. Check your floor for animal stains. We used a black light and the carpet was covered in pet stains. Also watch your monthly statement for increase charges by mistake.
Don't believe what they sell you at signing. They are just getting you to sign and won't promise you what they will give you at move in time. Look at the other reviews on this property at other review sites. I only expect it to get worse. Sign up anywhere else!
Living here was a great decision! I love the on-site amenities, and the staff is extremely speedy and helpful
