The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Campus View
This review is of course from my own experience and you may or may not have a similar one. This is not a good apartment complex. Bad: 1. rent increases every year, recently been increased by $100 2. the complex buildings are almost all owned by different people which means if you happen to need to move out before the end of your contract for whatever reason, you will have to do it as if you are moving to a new complex. You don't get your deposit back, you have to keep paying the rent of the unit you moved out of until someone else moves in, and pay a new deposit/security check/application fees for the new unit. 3. frequently will have someone outside around 10-11 pm playing music from their car with the base turned all the way up 4. management/maintenance is inefficient so don't expect them to fix problems in your unit quickly, like be patient for a year 5. management is under qualified - specifically one of two people in the office is - and will often make mistakes on your rent which you'll have to notice and bring it up to them to get it fixed 6. the buildings themselves are very old, you will hear everything your neighbors do & it gets unbearably hot in summer and of course very cold in winter unless you've got heater way up 7. One of the office women will have a seemingly friendly demeanor but she'll talk you down through her teeth if you try to even mention something wrong with your unit (often after she asks you if there's anything wrong) and then turn it around to be a problem you're causing. Good things 1. location - it's close to everything you'll need 2. fairly clean environment outside the buildings If you're okay with potentially experiencing these things, that's great. Just wanted to share because you deserve to have a decent place to live in with the people in service treating you decently. Just to be clear - I am recommending to steer clear of this apartment and go to a different one.
Horrible place to live at. Oven and stove wasn’t even working when I moved in. There were broken drawers etc. And its such an inconvenience to the renters for the office to not have a drop box for those who work a 9-5, just so they can stack up on late fees. Long story short, I can’t wait to move.

There are tweakers stalking the neighborhood! Garbage always overflowing! Had a neighbor who complained about mold. They ended up having an entire WALL ripped out all the way to the studs!(the main wall!) management just kept saying... spray it with bleach. Slugs coming up through the floor! This place is very BAD bathroom molds EXTREMELY BAD all my neighbors complained about they same. Notice no positive reviews!!!!!!!! Ever?!!!!
