Overall for this price it seems to be more than expected. I moved in recently and haven't had any issues staff has been very helpful. As far as the unit only reason giving 4 star is my unit was a tad dirty (roommates) on move in and my bed wasn't together, but nothing that can't be cleaned or fixed by myself. T. Williams

The rent is cheap and it's near everything (school, walmart, the mall, etc.) People who live here are pretty nice, I didn't have any problem with anyone. It's pretty peaceful. The only thing I wish could be changed is that pets aren't allowed here and I wanted to get a dog.

When we have a problem and go to Briona, she immediately helps us to ensure we are happy. She always greets residents with a smile and is willing to go the extra mile to help the tenets. If you have a problem, she will help. And a security officer and a gate allows me to feel safe.

Don't get me wrong, for a college student these are wonderfully priced - or for a young adult making their first step to living on their own - as rent ranges from 400-550 and includes power, water, basic cable and grounds wide Wi-Fi however I have seen three different office/assistant leasing managers in my short term here and the main leading manager apparently hadn't been here much longer than me. I was poorly matched with one of my three roommates and have received very little help from management regarding problems with him. The grounds are nice, the pool is a nice plus, and the maintenance team is stellar. I just advise knowing your roommates better than I did coming in.
