Campus Pointe Kent

This is definitely a character building apartment complex. It was fine. I never had any issues with parking, the furniture was fine. Had a few issues with maintenance, but overall okay experience.

Amenities are not working properly, rent is getting too expensive. Roads are not corrected. I didn’t expect to get locked out of my apartment either. I have lived here for 4 years and while there are some parts I like, others I do not. Like the apartments themselves could be upgraded with better quality. The gym can be upgraded too to have more equipment and better experience. Our air conditioning system still has a wall in unit rather than getting fixed.

Wonderful staff and great place overall to live, only complaint is the noise of people racing outside every weekend. Other than that, it's absolutely great!

A pretty good living experience, rent keeps increasing as the cost of living here is slowly declining. The staff has gotten more stringent and less friendly as I have lived here, and processes like transfers or subleasing are very interesting and fee-forward.

My experience has been good at Campus Pointe. I feel as the price I pay, it is worth the living arrangements. Although there are a few things I believe need to be fixed, it is a nice place to live.

I really like living here.its quiet. Comfortable and has great amenities it has a real sense of community and i can always rely on the front to answer when i have a problem.

Campus Pointe has an awesome and friendly staff and maintenance team who are truly concerned with you and the place you live! Everything is clean and accessible and the activities are fun!

Great community and staff!!! They are very welcoming and caring!! Campus pointe always are interacting and updating the residents. They also have alot of activities for us to enjoy and engage with other residents!!

I was a little overwhelmed by all the calls and emails, but overall really good and very helpful staff! You can tell they really want to help and get your spot secured as soon as possible.

I feel very safe in this community, something that I look for anywhere I stay. Maintenance has been on-top of keeping us warm and I appreciate it a lot

great staff, always communicative and helpful. best prices in bowling green for space, amenities and pet friendliness. office is always planning some sort of event for the residents. love my apartment.

I just moved here and it's amazing. Beautiful simple kitchen and walk in closets. The gym is such a nice addition. You can tell they love their residents.

It's been great everyone here is so nice, every since I got here any issues I have has I've been helped with and any issue with my apartment has been fixed quickly!

I just recently moved in and i love it! i hope to be here for a long time. My favorite part is the leasing office and all of it's nice features for residents and guest.

Honestly awful. Terrible communication with me and my roommates. We have to send multiple emails to even get a response. Half the time no one responds at all. Staff is rude. I’ve asked questions and gotten nothing but attitudes back. If you’re on staff you should be knowledgeable about things in order to answer questions efficiently.

It's great living here!! I have lived her for almost two years now and absolutely love it! The apartments are neat and the living space is great!

I've had no complaints thus far living here. Great place, responds timley with emails. Highly recommended. My only critque is that after awhile, if you haven't picked up your package, they send it back to the seller. I wish they'd send a, "Final Notice, your package will be sent back in two days" sorta thing.

Best place to live in bowling green because it is affordable, conveniently located, and great staff! I would recommend Campus Pointe to any student at WKU!!

I love it here! Everyone is very welcoming, and my roommates are fabulous. Maintenance is very quick with fixing our issues! This place automatically feels like home.

beats being homeless. i’ve lived here for 2 years and maintenance has never fixed anything that i’ve reported broken. i’ve had broken appliances since i moved in and maintenance has told me that “things are not broken” or “things are fine” meanwhile there is mold growing in my room and my dishwasher leaks about a gallon of water every time i turn it on. I would not recommended any one ever move here.

Everything has been great so far! Apartment is nice and clean, also affordable. Roommates are welcoming. Office staff has been very helpful.

First day of move in was good. The staff was very helpful. The apartment was very clean nothing was missing or broke except for the door stoppers which can easily be fixed.

Campus Pointe has a very welcoming staff and they do a great job answering questions. They also work hard on maintenance upkeep making the apartment feel brand new.

Office staff doesn’t communicate very good and never seem to know what they’re doing. Half the things don’t work in the apartment. And you don’t get informed on anything until it’s happening.

Very clean & quiet apartment complex. Also comes with a lot of amenities for a good price for a college student. Great friendly neighbors, I would recommend people to live here.

Great always fixes my maintenance issues! I like that my apartment was furnished it was a great first apartment but I am moving to an apartment by myself. Very big and spacious rooms and closets

So far, I have dealt with the workers over the phone. My experience with them was great; they answered all of my questions with pleasure and were very helpful.

A great first apartment that you get what you pay for. It’s not the nicest apartment ever but every thing you get is really good for what you pay.

I’ve liked living here so far. Highly recommend. Especially if you’re moving here alone or something and stuck with random roomates. You can lock your room and anything you want.

Campus Pointe is very affordable and a great place for college students. It is well taken care of and maintained. The staff are great and always willing to help wherever needed!

They need to fix the swings or at least put an alternative to the swings in next to the fire pit. Spacious rooms, closets, and bathrooms. The dryer and dishwasher suck.

I have loved living at campus point! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! There are also so many things close by to do! It’s located in a great spot in town!

I enjoyed living here. The staff is helpful. I lived here for 3 years and had the upgraded unit. Parking is free I think? New pool chairs is exciting.

Great fit for college students. Can get random roommates, and even in a 4 bedroom you can get complete privacy without much issue if you get along. You get your own bathroom, and laundry is in unit. The apartments are clean and modern, and you get a built in desk which is good quality. The amenities are okay, the pool is often very busy. If living here, try to be near the trash cans as they are only on one side of the building and you must drive your trash there if not nearby. Maintenance always arrived quick. Only complaint I would make is that there are no places to go outside and relax in the summertime besides the pool. Overall great place to live as its close to campus and food!

Terrible staff to community communication. I have made multiple service requests that have not been taken care of. They are allowed to enter your apartment whenever they want with their key for maintenance or other concerns which I don’t like at all. Maintenance has failed to arrive during our scheduled appointment more than once. Ended up coming the day after without a warning or contacting us and no one was home to be there with them which we did not feel comfortable with. Having issues with dishwasher, dryer and furnace. Other than service requests not being taken care of, I do like the location.

Of all the apartments I have lived in, the campus pointe probably has the most unpredictable staff and practices. They have a move in date of 17h august, however would charge you for the entire month of august. So the person who moves in actually pays them for 17 days so that the management has time manage the apartments. :) I have never heard of a policy like that no matter where i have lived. If you live somewhere, you pay rent. But at campus pointe, you actually start paying rent even before you are given the keys.

I absolutely love this property. I have lived at campus pointe for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say. I lived on the first floor and never had noise issues, I love the open floor plans and how spacious it is. The amenities offered at Campus Pointe and they will be even better once the renovation to the clubhouse is complete! They are always upgrading the property so you know you are getting the best bang for your buck! You can end your search now, Campus Pointe would make the best “home away from home”!

Campus Pointe Apartment is the BEST place to live in Kent! The staffs are great. The apartments are well furnished, great atmosphere, and you can even bring your pets! Campus pointe offer great benefits of living there. There is a 24hrs clubhouse and computer lab. On a hot sunny day enjoy relaxing at the pool! Great Place!

My apartment at Campus Pointe is great. It is located close to Kent State University, which I currently attend. The staff in the clubhouse is very friendly. The maintenance personnel are quick to respond to service requests. The cost of rent is a bit pricy, however all utilities are included at a set price. Upon moving in to the apartment last year, they were not ready for me. They were behind on painting and cleaning and installing the hardwood floors. Because of this we had to deep clean the apartment because maintenance dragged in dirt, debris and bugs. The air condition unit/vents in my apartment do not seem to work too accurately. There are four rooms and the two rooms farthest from the unit do not get the same amount of air as the interior rooms do. Overall, I would rank Campus Pointe 4 stars. I love living there.
