The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Campus Park Apartments
She never answers the phone or responds to emails. She is beyond disrespectful and this place should be closed down!! It is filthy.
If you're looking for a low cost solution this could be it. It is located just of campus from UM- Flint and centrally located to Flint's growing college town. That being said, you also get what you pay for. Our neighbors were quiet enough but the building is old and you can tell. Very much needs renovation and the heating, while free, is terrible. We ended up using our oven to heat the apartment when it got really cold in the winter. The landlord is kind and willing to be helpful it is the building itself that is the problem.
Property Manager at Campus Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
This is very old review. Building is under current management since 2016, have been remodeled and no heating issues. It is not a low income housing building
