The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Campus Crossing Spring Garden
I lived here for 4 years as an out-of-state college student, and while the maintenance team was always reliable and responsive, my overall experience was disappointing. My car was broken into twice during my time here, and both times the apartment management showed little concern. They did not offer any real support, nor did they add security cameras or take steps to prevent future incidents. Additionally, I was forced to move out temporarily so the complex could make renovations (new counters, flooring, and water fixtures), but there was no prior communication or assistance with finding a place to stay during that time. As someone who lives six hours away, it was incredibly inconvenient and stressful. I would not recommend this apartment, especially for out-of-state students. The lack of security and poor communication from management made living here far more difficult than it needed to be.
