The common areas, especially the carpeted hallways, are poorly maintained and have a persistent, unpleasant odor, creating an unsanitary living environment. Despite frequent rent increases, management neglects basic upkeep, including carpet cleaning, which falls under their responsibility. In addition to the lack of maintenance, security is severely inadequate. Package theft is a common issue, and tenants can expect frequent problems receiving Amazon and other deliveries. Given these ongoing concerns and management’s lack of responsiveness, it’s no surprise that many Los Alamos employees choose to live elsewhere.

I recently have just moved to Santa Fe due to a recent and unexpected work promotion. The process of finding a suitable new home especially in the current economic climate we find ourselves in , has been frustrating to say the least, until destiny guided me to your community at Camino Real. It was here that I discovered the epitome of what I have been looking for in a new home. I was able to secure an exquisite 2 bedroom apartment offering a breathtaking view of the Sangre de Cristo’s. This remarkable turn of events in what seemed as a disappointment after disappointment when leaving other properties in the general area can be attributed to the exceptional level of customer service provided by the property's remarkable manager, Tina. From the moment I first stepped foot into the leasing office, Tina exuded professionalism and clarity, setting the stage for a seamlessly easy and pleasant leasing experience.As I submit this review I offer some constructive but crucial feedback to AMC’s executive leadership. On three separate occasions, I found myself patiently waiting sometimes upwards of 30 minutes to speak with Tina or In a couple cases I returned at a later time or made a phone call. In no way do I intend this honest review to be a smear towards Tina, as I personally witnessed her valiantly juggled multiple roles, serving as her very own secretary/assistant, attending to phone calls and graciously guiding promising prospects on captivating tours of your property. As someone with an understanding of the demands faced by those in elevated positions, it is clear to me that such ancillary tasks should be allocated to a dedicated individual, allowing Tina to fully focus on her property management responsibilities.In conclusion I wholeheartedly will recommend Camino Real as an exemplary place to call home, thanks in large part to Tina's unwavering dedication and the remarkable caliber of the property itself. With a few small adjustments to optimize operations, this haven of quality living found in this beautiful city of Santa Fe NM, will provide unparalleled experiences to all fortunate enough to call it their home. We moved in as the building was opening and the property managers were extremely helpful and supportive. They were always available to fix any issues that arose and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the new apartment. It is beautiful and plenty of room for us and our two teens. Appliances and fixtures are great. We are really enjoying living here.
