Property Ratings at Cameron Place Apartments
Always paid the rent on time. Was told when we moved here they don’t really enforce towing cuz there aren’t any stickers on vehicles. But magically towed my vehicle when I was in the process of moving out. But they can’t tow the literal 5 cars parked in front of my apartment when it’s supposed to be 2 vehicles per place. The apartment upstairs literally has 5 vehicles. We have to walk across the complex just to find a parking space. Was given a FILTHY apartment when first moved in. We had to spend 2 days cleaning before we could unpack. Save your money and mental peace, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I just moved in a few months ago. You can see the maintenance. Cleaning ever morning and the office staff is all was in a good mood
Great community! My fiancée & I had the privilege of living at Cameron Place for about 20 months. The apartments are located close to the lake, with all the amenities offered there, and just around the corner from anything else one might need. The management & office team are by far the best you will find. We never had any issue getting any simple “fixes” done that happen in daily living. Even when the A/C goes down during after hours in the middle of the Texas heat! True story :-) The apartments are clean, and well taken care of. Although we never had any pets, the team at Cameron are extremely pet friendly. Great place to live, Great location, and a staff team that’s hands down one of the best!!
Cameron place was my home for two years. We loved every minute of it. The hardwood floors, the cabinetry, the beautiful carpet and top knot he appliances were amazing. The community is great, with great people! We were sad to move and will miss all of the great staff! Amanda, Bonnie, and everyone else are easy to talk to and sweet sweet people. I highly recommend living here. We always felt taken care of. :) -The Manuels
I have never felt more at home! I have loved every minute of living here! My neighbors were great and the neighborhood itself was very quiet! The staff was attentive and always made me feel welcome! If I didn't have to leave town to take care of family issues I would have stayed there as long as I could.
Cameron Place looks really nice from the outside, but you hear your neighbors as of they were in the room with you. Slamming doors, loud talking, and loud tvs keep you up at night. No wonder why the place looks 50% vacant. This is my third apartment, and the worst for this issue. Wouldn't recommend at all.
