The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cameron Park Apartments
Extremely outdated apartments. no light fixtures in the bedrooms or living area. at least in my apartment, the floor was falling out from under the toilet. very unsafe. do not rent from them!!
There are tons of mice and insect problems! Laundry room is terrible. Leasing office agents are very rude and don’t care about you at all. Maintenance never fixes anything. The apartments are run down and everything has mold and leaks. Rent is raised every year even though it isn’t worth it. There is dog poop and P everywhere and constantly garbage found outside! It’s stinks in every building and it’s just an all-around awful place. Go anywhere else!
The apartments are disgusting. Not clean at all when we moved in. Nothing is updated. The appliances do not work. Closet doors fall off daily. Shower has mold and cracks. Floors in bathroom are horrible. Water damage on the floors and walls. Shower is disgusting too. Paint chips missing and rusty. Carpet is disgusting. The hallways smell horrible and are disgusting. Absolute worst place I have ever lived. Does not matter how much I spray, there are cockroaches. Washers and dryers has ruined my clothes and taken so much money. You get none of that back and zero support from the leasing office. The neighborhood is also very unsafe.
Lived here for a few years and it was awful. Very sketchy neighbors--literally saw a hypodermic needle outside my neighbor's apartment once and it stayed there for 3 days. The office manager is the rudest woman I've ever met and openly rolls her eyes at tenants who honestly pay way too much to live in the awful quality of this place. I got a ringworm from their pool, rent went up every single year, and they charge a $35 fee to renew your lease--which I've never heard of anyone doing and I've lived in multiple apartments which are much nicer than this. I tell everyone I know who is looking for a place to avoid it like the Plague.
1st. My vehicle was toed away. I had to pay $150 to the toe company. I asked to be re-embersed for the tow and they would not do it. Lived there 1 year after that incedent. 2nd. When I moved out, they would not walk through the apparment with me. They then said that not only did I not get my security deposit back but that I owed them $30 more for painting. At the time, I worked at a paint store. Had they walked the place with me, I could have done the job for no more than $20 including the paint brush. The business practices they have are shady, because when I complained, I was told that the supperviser has to meet with the owner, but I could not talk to the owner ny self. Basically, I got the run-around with them. Lucky, I only had 2 insendence. My nebiors reported to me many similar problems including problems with blinds being the wrong color and office staff not sending requests to maintenance. Buyer beware. Also, note they are not BBB accredited.
This was recommended by multiple people, I was unsure about what all it had and if it was as good as people said, AND IT WAS! The maintenance men are so nice and trusting, they really take pride in their job of fixing your issue. The office staff made moving in a breeze and are so welcoming, they made it a point for me to know this is their job, but it is also my home and they will treat it as such! NEVER MOVING!
Its a pretty nice place. Everything is within walking distance from my job to my bank to Kroger, less than a 7 min walk. Has a nice pool and the city pool is just right next door if you wish for more pool or people. If you're a resident, you also have access to decntly equiped gym. Its like a small park when you walk in the middle of the apartments, for those days you just want to sit down and enjoy the view. You can't even hear the train from here, though most ambluances to come around. Staff are always incredibly kind and very quick to solve a problem. Its a place that truly feels like home.
